CEO without office
This is the 3rd days after my last working day as a CEO at multinational company. living a working status without office is quite an unique experience to me, last Sat. begin my life in a no-office situation, but work so hard until late.That's a YPO New Year discussion, I am at the center of " What's next for you ? " eye contact concerning, but this is fine with me, as my business need more time to cook before open to public, so, I am OK with all the caring and maybe concern. a mixing feeling from YPOer and also a mixing feeling from me.
They did offer me some of the chance to share or even offering me a few business opportunity to consider, Thanks to C. and my 4 months of digesting, LiChun and CSR became the focal point to my Blue Ocean Strategy, so , I am sort of comfortable.
The past 3 days, busy in doing everything, Vincent, the genius in Design agree with our counter opinion and agree to revise the LOGO, Monday, visiting C.'s fundation, and we do identified the consultating business model for general service, the methodology adopted from the Law firm and Accounting Firm, in the afternoon, Lunch with A. the executive recuriter, who I relectant to disclose my idea, but finallly inform him about my CSR nitche, surprisely, his response is so positive, and tell me by interviwing more than 3500 executives in Taiwan for the passing 13 years, I really find the perfect jacket to put on, CRS perfectlly match me - the one who controlled ego in different perspective and who he thinks equipped with a strong people skill and management talent.

Dinner with Sylvia nd Sean was a great encounter, Sean is a Ph.D in sychology and Sylvia- his wife is an entreprenure, we share a lot and I love the friendship C. brought to my circle of life
Tuesday, doing the Haku revise program in the morning, then join the lunch with 2 friends in the music days. Marcass tea / meal house is a good place to share and eat - I love the fish they cooked.
Talking to Jerry in regards to Jean's proposal about merge Kokoro, basically, I agree with Jean's idea when she asked to see me on Monday, although the valutaion wasn't meet everyone's expecatation, but it will release the operation and financial burdon we are facing now, Jerry's concern I well taken and set the following guildline :
1. Own or co-own the copyright produced by Kokoro.
2. Keep some stock option for our own interest.
3. Change the working enviroment .
4. Developing talent we keep at the present status.
We falling into the execution tramp when discuss the press confererence for CHTF. C. send her worried to me when I am having the education dinner at YPO event. I fully understand her concerned and shall take her point seriousely.
D. introduce one guy from China who claimed to be a VIP in the TV / media industry in China, I am OK to meet him, for the sake of David and for the sake of seeking any possible room to grow. this is not so real. so... have fun in talking to a man from my hometown - Hunan, where I wasn't born.
Contact and seeking advise from Echo in regard to the contract development, she is good in her professional field, my first time to talking business with her and a differerent perspective, she can be a good candidate in my association platform for CSR development.
See Mr. Wei for MUSIC, I know I hit his weakness point, which is to combine hardware and software together and I also paving the road to build 88 and the connection in between.
we love office introducted by AJ, a perfect place for us and for Eugenia.
Busy is the nature for doing start up. there's no lapse for rest, but we are buidling something of our own. our own. a very intensive road to generate our knowledgy, know why and know how. one on one and one by one.
