Another challenge in life
E. share with me some factor she encounted these days when follow with C.'s operation, some of them related to ethical issue which she's not sure if it came down from me. the others are the people skill C. devleoped cause unpleasant ambience in the small office - an office consist with 4 people only ( include me ),for the past 5 months working experience with C. I gradually sense her talent and some weakness also; breaking relationship. last minutes smart. lack of decplice, easy on quality delivery, these all contribute to a potential risk of retaining our current client, not to mention to develop more customer; I know little about the ethic issue and I didn't carefully examine the expense report; I didn't dig deep in the diary operation due to she's in control , with such a tiny operation, I don't see a chance of breaking up; but the truth is : Lichun have problem.to establish company together is a good start, successfully sign up 2 major clients is a great achievement, but to operation in perfect or knowing how to be respected by your co-worker is something she need to learn. I am thinking hom to couch her. a very bright partner, if it can't be improved, I am afraid Lichun won't have a second chapter; reschedule my appointment tomorrow and decide to join the briefing sessin in Synyi with C. I should be the nurtual person to smooth down our operation, we can't afford to lose any customer and I can't risk to hurt my friendship with George and Hochen.
Having coffee with second career consulting candidate. he is a very decent and pure perosn. I have no idea this is his first Starbucks coffee in life - 26 years old. fleshman at work. becomeing vegetarian for 8 years and devoted to grow himself to self seteem; the interaction was great. I think my comment and answer means something to him, he even recored our conversation and told him he will listen again and again. sharing with his roommate at school - imagine a grown up , in order to keep an enviroment for learning, driving motocycle for hours and live with classmates now.
