What's First and What's next
The Helix development was out of my imagination, I have no idea how come this impossible result will turn to an actionable project. sitting at Taina Airport Station, I am trying to review what's ahead and how to off my from the hook:1. the following bank negociation will defenitely get me into trouble, I must deliver the plan, convinceing all the amerture and make belive we are on the right track, this is no good for any new start up , especially for a person who don't encounter with liability before.
2. the contract between me and the couter party will not be signed in a foster pace, I can only play blur until they ask me to follow the procedure of sign off , this is another obstacle.
3. any new business plan: include the real one and the projects they dump to me, by far, I don't have a clue what works and what don't and have no idea who can be of help to produece a convincing budget and forcast. and no team meber to perform this task.
I can only be slience, be passive and be irresponsible to any invitation. there's no way for me to proactively working on this task, I am doing they the favor, now my mission is complete, and I shall be temperory relief from the tramp.
