I am disappointment about Tom, although the Karma things make me not too upset. but I can't help myself wondering why the bad feeling keep hitting me when conduct conversation with him these days.I should not take credit about introducing him to the current job, and should not take it for granted that there should be something ( anything ) in return from this assistance, but as a human, I can't stand such a No Thanks You reaction from an old friend, an old classmate; I tried to find him a reason to relief, find me a reason not to wasting too much time in wordering why.. all the maybe lead to a imperfect family he grows up.
Why hiding me from all the information hold? why call me only in his jeoperdy in career crisis? and the redicuously thing is why treat me as a competitor who will steal his credit or suffer his career? this is another learning, learning of grating your help to someone is limited to someone's acceptance of your kindless. in Chinese old saying, a rude but realitic metaphore : Hot Face put on someone's Cold Bud. No complian anymore, because this is a waste of time, energy and positive thinking.
Cheng Kao and Fushing are both great, help nephew without a question, her entrance to vocationally high way were help by them. I apprecaite how they value me this way.
Forest School graduation ceremoney took place yesterday, as an agreement with my wife, activity exploure to sun is Father's duty, in fact, I enjo attending this althernative education system's event, because, they think and act so diffierently, I can learn a great deal from it.
Been participate on gradution ceremoeny several times, so, I may analye to the model of the content:
1. High grade students will mix with graduation grade ( 5 and 6 ) to performing a musical of choice -- everyone had a role in the play and will perform it outdoor.
2. Major charactor in the graduation ceremory is those who graduate, the ceremony will open with a story of each child, a photo-slide show produce by the teacher and with her narrotive when broadcasting the slides, this is the first tear trigger, you see the grows of kid from the slides, physically and mentally and hear how the teachers describe those baby in detail.
3. Gratuates accept their graduation document with gift produced by teachers - this is a custom made photo album and hand sewed wonder bag.
4. Gradutes lean and deliver their gratitude on stage, accompany with their parent who also express their best wishes to their kids, the seond tear bomb erupt this time, not only the gradualte, most of the parent can't help burst out crying.
5. Celebration performance in sequence : those who not gratuate sing songs for graduate, graduates sing songs for everyone, gratduate parent perform for everone, and teachers performs for everyone.
6. A feast of Caffeteria prepre by the school for every attendee.
always touching too see how itimacy the teacher / children and family melt in the ceremony, no wonder this time parent contribute the song " Heaven of Happiness " to all the kids. this is nothing but the truth. Sound is so lucky, we are so lucky, wife asked who should her express on stage 2 years later, how about : Without Forest School , there's no Sound, I response with a logic error, and correct it to : Without Forest School, there's no Sound Today..she will be all tears.
Celine release her temper when I disclose the idea of helping Ma She Fan -- she was stereotype about the kid, I don't mind to listing to her judgement or prejedice, but the statement of " Client is a shared resourece to the company " kept me thinking... right and wrong, good and bad, if I am the only person who access to so called " Client ", what's the point being challenged? if this retroice stands, then whoever client I brougt in, everyone in our company should pay decent respect to it and never ever get soure, right... it kept me wonder... I didn't get mad, I know her much better than before.
Learning from Ray / Matther / Ejiri, whatever you have chance to take biz trip, try to see as many contact as possible, no matter is there's a chace for doing business.
New forum is very acdemic this time, J.WW is so knowledgeable about histroy / geography and so emcycropedia... Antothy is so balances and risk taking... Danile is quite with passion....it grows orgaically.
to grow a business, follow the 72 rules, and to grow businee you should combine organic and m&a .. to manage a thousans of empoyement, you can't rule out from the regulation you lays.
