This is not my War

Officially decline the offer from Chairman Chen on 22nd for the PTS second station, I killed one of my options in the future; arrange appointment with EZfly diretor A. with C. for breakfast, the bid for IYT is on the way, I told myself this is a MUST HAVE , attending EZfly budget meeting, S. can't control his temper, when the first answer can't satisfied him, the emotion erose and there won't be any good meeting, A. came and discuss with me my future in current company, as my leave is a firm situaiton, he will continue the talk with me today.

This is not my WAR, to keep the balance between the head office and current reporting line, as the power play related to the capital arrangment between this 2 entity, there's no way for me to take all the responsibility and ignoring my own future; at least, I should help myself before anyone reach their hand.

Not a 100% confirm of my join S. company, thanks God I sense his emotion again; it come fast and goes fast, before any written paper, any offfical annoucement, I will help, but should find a way to " Manage " him before thing getting worst; I promise him to help revise the budget , I will do so as consultant again.

Attending YPO education chair's committe meeting last afternoon, I am prepared, however, participate anticipate more, not only the report, but how the logistic can be further arranged, it take time to organize, anyway, as this is fun part, I will try again.

A. invited directors for dinner last night, he wanted to build the itimancy among directors and release a more casual feeling. the conversation with him in the morning, I can see his sincerely in handling my trasition. Pavillion - the creative Frensh restaurant, a good place to talk and eat and drink. nice place.

Wife told me my father bought a new house in Hunan again, she feels bad for me. as I never asked and never gain, she feels that it isn't fair, I am fine, after all these years, I make it a rule that I can counting nobody but me. initailly, we plan to buy my parent trip to India during Chinese New Year, as my father will go to China today, we have to wait unil he return, he never set a confirm date of returning to Taiwan when visit China. so...
