Stage and Performer

CHTF CEO finally find his stage, returning to comfort zone is what I see and feel from the discussion we held last night; our consulting role melting finally, I couldn't sense it earlier than Celine, 6 sense or woman's instinct? I am not sure. but when a perosn return to his / her comfort zone, they will habitute the best memory they can recall. this is what I see from Lu. new stage and new role pave her way to act - to act as an excellent performer. this is nothing wrong. the reality bite, I must accommodate to this situation and getting acquaintted with it.

The annual consuting contract was granted by both Chairman and Foundation CEO, But not until yesterday, I fully understand we - may replace works which should be perform and credit by the foundation. and this may lead to a bad result, board of director awar of nothing Lichun did, our expertise can't be recognised in a professional checking system. it will become a Relationship Built business. it will be short and it won't create any value for our business. I don't even know Lichun's role have been questioned by direcotor of the foundation board, but it's not so late, there are room to be improved.

Special project is totally in vain. we can't feather our expertise in the arena of foundation scope - neither aboriginal nor art driven. No linkage with CHT's function and no community involvement. so. what left is so vauge. how can I create an imaginary based project to fit the function Foundation don't even captured? which means, we may end up with terminate the idea of getting special project, it may cause the shortage of income, but the saving of time and energy can be reallocate to what's more important to me and Lichun. Be Real. the bumper road in running your own business won't be stopped. The procedure is the ruslt, enjoy it or not.

H. Han's private lunchon and coaching the the valuable thing I can have in recent month. this is agian a rare honor to enjoy. I began memories and quote what he said during our lunch. Diginity, Proud and Respect were mixed at him. when he tole me " Wealth can bring you Happy is a lie ", I am a kind of shock. so. what keep people pursuing in life, for happy, for happiness. Reading is the answer from him, I can sense the loniess from him. Lonly and alone.
