I can sense a real itimacy built upon new Forum members, they share, learn and willing to provide necessary support at their best, today is another educational session for me, the after session dinner is even greater than the Forum itself, maybe this is contribute to the group discussion, about the coming F1 and about the possible retreat in Shanghai. Anthony is a man of great displine and of great organizational structure, to lead a company of 17,000 and claim to be a global corporation, there's no easy way of manage / lead the company, not to mention his balance in many aspect, especially how he define his Own time and Family time, his openness also trigger to a better communication, I love the way this Forum grow and I really enjoy the 4 hours together, I myself will prepare for next Mini presentaion - the subject of " What if -- a pre / on / post scenario discussion " I volunteer to do so, because I am not willing to be treated as an instrutor or a teacher / police to this Forum.
