Our first annual financial review
We have a great partner and colleage - Eugenia, who really tranform herself from a personal assistant to administration manger, she conduct the second annual financial review with us, and at the same time, to model a year 2007 budget accordinly. I am so impress by her professional manner to make a small company in a very systematic logic. the figures show on 2006, we will facing a 700,000 lost, to a brand new company, this is not a bad result, if we counting the Wutai project - our own CSR initative ( roughly we spend one millions NT ), and to counting in the capital 1 millions, the total lost is up to 1.7 millions NT.The forecast on year 2007, to budget on a minor profit ( say around 1.5 millions NT ), We have to acquire at least 2 millions of consulting contract ( with average 80% of gross profit ) and 15 millions of project base contract ( with average 30% of gross profit ) and this is base on my reducing salary from 250,000 NT to 150,000 NT, and counting in additional 800.000 NT annual salary to Jae Chang ( if he can on board on time ), to acquire the amount of business, we have to scheudle a customer visit and call and to realize how long will it take to close one deal, even the deal complete, the payment scheme won't get as we please, so this is another hurdle to overcome.
the pressure of financial support is approching now, I better prepare a parachute and know how to secure our company, as the same time, Celine and I discuss in a few minutes - what went wrong to put us in a very difficult place to get the deal. the conclusion is : business model. actually, the other reasons are, not aggrestively enough to call custsomer, to approach smaller company and to revise our services. but to debate on these topic won't help.
it leave us only 45 days to approach potential customers - we have to schedule it before it's too late, I have find a way to finance our company.
we cancel the trip to China for CSR Asia conference, I am not ready to go for it, this is a much better decision, to stay in Taipei, spend more time in preparing id softcapital's joint project, it seems this is one of the chances to acquire business from Stan and his association.
Himalaya is very passive, the people don't have a driver to push forward, in public or in private, so, celine dicided to move some of the busineee corporation with outside entity, I have no objection with this approach, but it will ultimatley lead us to a departure from current office. this is truth, how to compensate H. Han's good intention and how to synergize the foundation is always the question.
begin my diet in passive manner, gaining weight and do no exercise will worstern my overall condition, physically and mentally, reading the article about idea come right after exercise, and I knew keep the routine in sports will bring positive thinking to any person, I can cacoon myself for too long. trap for too long and stick with only a few people will not be good, for me, for my family and for my business. I am afraid to follow what Candy been through right now.

Sound is growing great, he had a young compaign, Kwang Ting who I met last year, they are at the same age at same class, she stayed at our house last year for swimming week. this year, the puppy love develop rapidly, when we had the parent's day, teacher even disclose this public secret to us, well, I am not worry, he in only 10 years old, his mother make joke of it , Sound is no happy, last weekend, sound told her mother that Kwang Ting express her " love " to him finally, well, this is an stonting shock to his mother, I have a chat with Sound and told him there are different love in the world - friendship, family and the lovers. he seems know a little bit.
Sound never take / eat last candy. fruit form the closet no matter how he enjoy them, the good heart came naturally, I am touched when his mother relay this observation to me and confirm it orally with Sound, the natual born good behavior will turn him a great perosn in the future, I respect this good will and tell him, even as matur ( old ) as your father, this good deed will not always perform instinctly by me. I am so proud of having him; on the contrast, Fruit is in her rebel age, bad in school acdemaic study, fantasy about fashion, trend and maybe boy friend, develop some bad habit such as stealing from home ( I am really concern about it will be a out of control criminal issue ), never take advise from family member, we don't know what to do.....
Helping Forest school to change the wire, via the assistace from Ta Ya wire and cable, to keep the domitary safe will benefit to all of the school property and life - including Sound, this is what I want to do.. hope the Green Cable will sove the ond and invalid wire problem at Frest school.
appointment with Chung Chi, George this morning, initally wish to have him introduce eSund bank for my csr development, now I might change to seek his advise in my busienss model, customer need and some enprepornor experience, I think I need a great deal of help right now.
