I delicate it to all the YOU.Attending Jonathan's clinet performance last night at the library , this is the first time I saw him performing his love on stage. after all the years- more than 10 years, I only do the talking about music, how experience I am and my professional opinion about who SHOULD success in the music business, however, it lack the evidence of seeing one's passion on stage, checking ones' best love to expressed, we were lucky, I saw a differenct Jonathan on stage, expressing his love and passion to music, smooth all the audience with the melody he intepreted. I can feel an artist in his own style. and I can see how he eager to prove that he is committed to his love - no matter how difficult the road ahead, I feel proud of him and shed a little bit shame myself, I only do the talking, for decade without listing to his music..... I can hardly ruin a young talent. Mark didn't attend his son's performance, this is not on his prioity agenda and he never thought of letting the music career drive his son's head, 2 big flowers demo the love from family , which block the entrace of the auditorim, I am wondering if Mark ever see the flower he sent, I took picture of the flower and sent him the short message when completing my listening to Jonathan's performace.
setting a lunch for Chung-Chang - fleshing conductor of NSTO who return from Plague to Jonathan, I thought it may brining some sparkle at the dining table, it is, my prerequistie of setting 2 type of parenting model was wrong, graduating from National Taiwan University major in Chemical Engineering, C.C told his father about his decision of study music in Europe, I thought that dramatic life decision win his fathers' support at the first place, well, I was wrong then, it encoutering the same worries as Mark did to Jonathan, the model of success in music pave a new hope in front of Jonathan, I only the quality lunch did inspire Jonathan in a way.

Attending Mayor Hou's breakfast roundtable, the first time I listened to his speech, without slides, he can handled 40 minutes of non-nousence in public, well, a very good impression to all the picky audience. the last version he mentioned to echo his topic of the speech : building a Win-Win stratgy, he cited what Michael Porter published on HBR -- The Strategic CSR in corporation. a promoter for my business without paying any endose fees. some of YPOer watch me with a smile... great.

Grane Wang throwing bomb to Harold finally, althougt I set a clear cut to my consultancy in her career and evacuate myself from the triangle relationship between Harold . Grace and me, but she submit a propsal entitiled " Save my company - Sure win" claim to borrow 10 millions from Harold with a 10 years low-rate pay back, it shocked Harold, this is the first time I sense Harold in some degree of panic... he rush to see me, seeking my advise.. well, I know I should take it from here and have my own opinion about the situation, it present my ture value the Harold, rescure him from the white-kidnapped.
Alan from China Life Insurance - our client without sign off the contract hesitate to take the CSR initative these days, I was call for shooting this emergency, the engagement is excellent, I share with him the debate or mood in hesitation is the process of engaing in CSR, I didn't want him to bail out of the CSR prisnor, otherwise, the cost will be extreaming high for everyone. this is not to win in debating, but to exchange what's wrong in concepture, and how to produce a " Management approach '" before forming the Team building session.

Kwang Yang pitching on Tuesday is a very intersted session. we arrived Chayi by 5 pm and started our discussion at around 5:30 pm, Mr. Lee - Chairman of Kwang Yang is reluctant to discuss, he don't even want to follow the slide, but to teach me how to build a sound business model, I was humilated then, but for the mission of help Yuping, I put on my professional smile without debating with him, gratuding, we set the turning point in 3 diretion - why we need foundation as interface , how the investing in share and take the liability as share will benefit them and the role we plan is not to generate fund, but to help getting things down.. it's exciting to change the paradigm of the new hot turkey... well. wife's advise is near, we only perform up till now, the rest should go back to the Chen family... there family business. my wife - a great outsider and observor.
