I don't know if Status Quo and turn down S.'s offer is an " Again Change " state of mind, maybe I am thinking too much, it should not be that way; chemistry is a very important element to work in hing ranking positions, especial when " Trust " is the only prinspal in working together, this will ease my uncertainty to the decision.
