Spending all day out of the office yesterday, to brief our budget result to Area Directors in the morning, I am not saying the matrix organization is no good, but the matrix management wasn't an indea way to conduct diary operation, in our organization, I have 3 reporting lines, I need to submit my budget to all of them parally, the Board , the Area Supurvising Office and the Business Units, it these executives didn't see each other eye to eye, then difficulity will lay ahead of the operation entity. the morning session with Area head wans't a pleasant one, maybe I am too agreesive to show him " This is an OK version, I am only informing you the result from Tokyo ", so I change the title of the presentation file from " Budget presentation " to " Aproval Budget presentation ", initative I thought this is only a 30 minutes conversation, since COO took his home leave and went back to Tokyo , I have to handle it myself, the presentation goes smoothly until one business initative " EC mall " caught his attenditon, he is not challenge our business, but asked very detail operation question, I couldn't answer, newly appointed Chairman of Taiwan tried to smooth the tension, I am fine and putting my smile in my face, we both agree to do another round of discussion focus on the EC mall business someday later, it may be held in Shanghai.

Rush to the Japanese Communication Competition Policy seminar at United Hotel, we are the co-hosting company togethere with Japan interchange office - a non offical diplomatic relationship between Taiwan and Japan, which performing all the biteral ecomonic and culture exchange body; this is an education process for the soon to be established NCC in Taiwan, we see almost all the govenmental body sending delegate to a very boring seminar, this is useful for policy maker yet the industry player. I have to be there and wasting my time.

Lunch run into L. asked about our community campaign, she told me there's comes a very strong competitor and I learnt that our contact window didn't follow it throughoutly, the manger who handle this project had problem lying to executives about the " communication ", I should be careful about it.

N. my old friend and budy bring a few Japanese presenting the game community documentary DVD and see if there's a chance for we to build business upon, the translator wasn't qualify, we spend 30 minutes then only know my conlcusion is right : review the sample they bring to me, check with our colleage and get back to them if there's a chace to work together.

Yesterday was Fruit's birthday, my wife book a buffee dinner for our family, I didn't eat much and this behavior cause she angry, having buffe is a all you can eat attitude, if you don't eat much, then you wasting money -- this is a liner rationale everybody obey, but health is much important then unhealthy eating. I spend a lot time to make her talked to me again

A very good friend's adapt son called late, I asked my wife to answer the phone, as I seldom release my home number to others, if someone called me at home, this is rare . this boy - he is close to 30 now, is a very immature and childlish boy, he take advantage of his sex orientation and the relationship between me and his step father for several times. this time, he asked me to prepare 10 concert tickets for him on 3 different shows, I am so upsat, my wife said I should buy then inform his parent, I told her if I do so, then this will double the problems we encounted.

I will call him and have him understand there's a line between us.

I am thinking if I insist not to sign off for the colleage who I dislike, would he hurt me someday?
