「Lend my your shoulder」was the ending greeting voiced by Harold. my mento and an respected entripernir in Banking and Financial Sector; I took the chance to reflect my updated status with H. --- a so called " Looking from the mirror " effect which I summerise in every visit.

H. never give me answers, but sharing and willing to listen to my questions. as I followed the prinspal of " Listening establish engaging ", I listen, carefully, think and digested. the man of wisdom never disappointed me.

I asked him what to be prepared when staring ones' own company? here after is the answer:
1. Observe the trend, take time for this development.
2. Find the niche and provide what people need.
3. Prudent and be very careful as agent won't perform the exactly standard as you did.
4. Assemble your team.
5. Prepare for win and lose.
6. Opportunity cost is what you should be judged before jump into any conclusion.
7. Integrity; Integrity; Integrity.

H. advise me don't think only in one side, the surface of " On the Peak " equivelent to " Standing on the edge of cliff ", any mistake, you will fall to the bottom of the valley and vanished. a very good advise.

H. told me " From 45 to 55 " is the golden decade for a person, it will determine your life. careful about the decision you make, take the consideration of " Opportunity Cost " all the time. this break the hurdle of my join PTS - It should not be my priority in life.

H. shared with me a story, the story extrated from one classic poem written in Tang Dynasty by one monk; it imply 2 very important element when you see farmer seeding the rice:
First ,「 they will bow and looking down to the ground」. as this is a water rice, the reflection is the sky, the huge and unlimited sky -- the implication is Humble make you sky.
Second, 「they take step back on every seeding routine」 -- the implication is withdraw make you seed and plate more, and you can't define win or lose in the final game.
I enjoy this matophore so much. H. asked me to return to see him as often as possible, he just did second operation to treat the bone problem, he harding can stand for a while, walked with stick and helping form other. but he is clear at mind, sharing wisdom without hesitation. I respect this mento in life. and I should visit him as much as I can.

Lunch with Rustin -- I joke his name to Rusty .... an old time pal while in Insititution for University entrace examination. he joined Mark's company 3 months ago, relocated to China , but resign and return to Taiwan join another company, the reunion created a new channel of mutual development of Side Media. I do hope it will pay off and it will lead the road to financial independace.

Meeting with E. for company establishment, appointment with E. for clearance of Kororo transition and doucment / charps hand over, everything was in smooth and I understand from July 1, we are response for the finance arrangement for the first company we invested.

Retreat Party at French Restaurant for Golden Meloday Awards Judges, the turn out is OK, 11 people attend it , but we had a good time, Nicolas treated my guest as the VIP and we secure the restaurant for the private function, the owner asked my to leave the business card and a few words at the guest book, well, I love to do it, this is what I remarked:
「每次都好吃，每吃都可口，每口皆難忘，永遠不會忘！」
Breakfast with Chris was great, we came out with the idea of the Kung-Fu Musical and may meet wtih Pei Pei next week, if this worked, then I will need to raised seeds and prepare for a decent proposal for fund raising. see what happend.
