The Ball is rolling
Gratually, I know the ball is rolling, although we didn't know where it heading and we don't know how it going to stop, but this is start up, to start a thing where you only have a gaol but the direction is everywhere; I set the goal for the week, which is " Focus ", this is a state of mind, instead of doing anything and not doing something. now I will recall my memory for what happen thses days.Goolge - humm, the parent company of blog. hey, I am not on blog. an intersting company considering to grow its business in Taiwan, yes, there a executive recuritor who approch me, I don't know, Goolge is a good company, before it turn bad, there's chance to image what will happen in the very sexy company. I will see Paul tomorrow to find out more.
Vist the Eagle Fly insitition yesterday afternoon, here is my anaysis to professor Chew who establish this NGO
1. Pick the most difficult task is fine, but don't repeat it. for more than a decade, choose The most difficult case in most difficult condition, no one will survive physically and mentally.
2. Use sympathy instead of empathy more, it will get you out of the delimema, you are one of them mentally, but not physically.
3. The completing of Eagle Fly is to solve the problem of their own - prove to the world incapbable is not inferior, but at the same time, it stimulate people in a good condition, to let them pay more repsect to their own life - to solve their own problem also, this is nothing to do about " Set the great model for others "
Dr. Chew asked me to be the manger of those eagles - those who paralize on bed but learning the IT / Internet engineering skill to perform their capability and to exercise the perfect example of " Teleworking ", he asked me to shine on them by doing what I have been done in the world of entertainment. I know their story will move lots of people, and I can feel this is Professor Chew's mission to all it an end. but giving the world the great example of human spirit - I value what he said about " The Superman in the real world ", I touched by what he express about the human nature burst out from those eagles and I can see there no way for him to move forward. but what should we do ?

Wenko is a nice perspon who asked me to send him the company file and willing to help me connected with potential client. I must do it quick. Andrew point out a lot of good questions, such as : I should write a 30 pages of " Why choose you ?" before approach any potential parner, especially YPOer, before any NOISE come out of it.
Seeing Humanistic Education Foundation director and learn from her that Hochen did help me and help the Forest School access to broadband, I didn't know it earlier and I thanks Hochen from buttom of my heart; the Sangchung youth base is a great thing to do, helping those learning incabables - most of them are in bad learning with mathmatic and English, David's fundation may play a role in this secotor, and I am willing to connect it together.
Met the Accton people - Meywen a nice lady and hook up with the Cloud Gate Dance Theather, Accton wish to launch the first WIFI skype phone and to exercise Strtegic Philanthropy in between, I came out with a Berling Launch idea and now working on the propal. this is a challenge task , but quiet fun.
Taking Sound to the YPO family event - The Criminal Police Beaure. Sound is very into the session, we learn a lot about kidnapping - yes, 80% of the kidnaping were conducted by the people we know, and less than 20% were random choose target, and they targeted at " who drive good car ", " If the kidnappe is only one man, be very cautious, he may kill the hostgage " and " Ramsno negociation is a must,otherwise, they will do it again.. so. interesting.
Bring the family to the Nanny Mcphee movie at WARNER village, to be honest, if without taking kid to the movie, we may miss a good movie thought. I enjoy it.
