Diary of a CEO

Continue my second day for iFilm festival, although me and my wife stay up very late, I wasn't fully sleep until 3 in the morning, my brain keep working, when my wife asked why,is the new offering in process bothering me? I thinks she is right, if my parent company lost their interest in network business and ignore the milestones we strive to achieved, this is not an idea to stay; if they lost their patient for the long term commitment or if those who support this initiative gone for new business or transfer back to Japan, then we might be the orphan service provider; I have consider a few exit plan now, the most realistic and convincing one it for IPO and finding local partner who keep high interest in network business and seeking opportunity for build up partnership with us, the IPO then can be the driver for employees who have strong believed in us and may be treated as an incentive for working even harder; the other idea come up with having pork rib noodle with my wife in one famous night market vendor yesterday before the movie is to offer our subscriber the right to become our shareholder by giving them stock with par value; this can be treated as the strongest retention project ever, keep the customer and having them be your shareholder ... What a great finding , if this approach doesn't aginst the security regulation in Taiwan, then I may go this creative way.

campaign with 2 kids for homework this morning,my wife went for swimming in the early morning, I guess she slept less than 4 hours last night, I woke up by 8:00 and push boy and girl reexamine their home work and do necessary check up, we plan to eat outside at one seafood restaurant in the neighboring area, the restaurant is so crowded but the food itself is OK, I obtain the information by the fashion magazine -- Taipei Walker, a sister magazine of Tokyo Walker -- coming from Japan introducing Metro fashion and life style such as the in places and new open restaurant / bar.

the iFilm venture continue at 4:30, we sit in the first trilogy -- I can't pronounce the French title, but to translate in my own language , it's call " Re-born ", this is an alternative film talking about a love exist in abnormal situation, a police officer is so in love with his wife and supply her the heroin for 15 years, in order to keep the supply line, he need to trade it with drug dealer.... This is how the story telling.

after the first screen, we head for a quick dinner and found a chain restaurant where me and my wife used to eat before marriage, the taste is so good and the price is less expensive, the chef is every professional, we ordered 4 dished, they serve it in 10 minutes, it gave us the 30 minutes window for next show, which is a great one we thought, again, this Italian film , we don't have a name, the theme is attached to an Italian Love Romance -- a pure and honest teacher falling in love with one blind girl ( she wasn't blind before accident ), she used him as the tool for guiding her revenge and one day, the doctor found her lost sight can be recovered, so when she see the light again, she married to the doctor who cure her eyes, but with no good bye to the one who take care of her during her blindness days; the story is simple but the script is so good and the quality of film is excellent, we are enjoying another great film in 2 days. I feel lucky to buy the package and give my life a fresh look again.

I love movie better than reading, cause it is passive, you only need to sit in the dark for 2 hours, the you will obsorb a great story, whether it deal with life / art / love or history; it create a brand new space for me to digest and stimulate my thinking in different angle; I will go to the movies as much as I can and as broad as possible.
