Diary of a CEO

I have a problem writing with elegent vacabuary, when reading magazine ( English ), I seldom check the dictionary for the new words I know understand unless this is the " Key word " which block me from reading; I don't have a good method to improve the writing elegency, maybe I should begin using my dictory more often, but no matter how rich my vacabulary enhanced, as I don't use them frenquenty, I don't think I will memorize them all , this is a delemma to me,.
