Time and Time again
Receving call from Chairman Chen from PTS, The Public TV situation is settleed, he told me President make the final decision to support the PTS controll of CTS prinspal and he need to report to the Board for next management committe, he asked if I am fine with the new arrangement ? I told him to give me one more week for digesting, this is the first time I didn't Say " Yes " immediately and this relactentcy will make him understand I am not not 100% favor in taking this offer. for the past few months, working with the team in a concepture development of CTS turn Public approach, I see and hear a lot and get the picture of : This is the Hell sore of conclusion, I can't imagine how bad it will be if anyone take up this hot seat, black mail, political pressure, ... this is a never ending chellange.Half of our people went for the company trip, they pick Sueol and Bali this year, unfortunatelly, Bali went throught another terriesist boming again, this is exactly the same happening 4 years ago when the company plan our company trip, so, we move all the groups to Soeul this time. halp empty office is so quite, I cancel one managers' meeting and keep myself in the office for a day.
After lunch, I tried another cafe' at NKSP, - Chock Full Cafe' , a nice place to read and think and the coffee they brew were great, even better than Starbucks, this might be my new hideaway, well, for next few months maybe. I was reading one article pring from Fast Company, the story / interveiw with Benjimin Carson, a great story and a very speical person. A world famous Neuro Surgeon, the best and youngest brain surgons in John Hopkins Hospital when he was only 32 / 33. grow in humble , bad temper, his 3 grade only abondon mother take car of him and his elder brother , a great inspiration to me. Then I receive message from S. he asked to see me in late afternoon, the Ezfly goes alive again...
I set a prerequiste and assumption at the same time and told him : The major concern is working together but losing friendship. so, we decided to build the communication channel as flexsible as possible.

Night with C. we go over all the scenario I've been working on, the priority she favor is EZfly, this is so far the best route for me to access to an industry with potential to build own own. there are 3 core business in our heart " Music. Culture and Travel ", Travel can be treated as an industry, the rest of 2 take longer time to establish and devleoping, and she wish we can be the leading something in one of the industry we choose. I am not so sure now and this is a trial period.
