Forum Moderator Training
Participate on a 12 hours Forum Modertor Training, a great chance to enhance my understanding of Fourm, YPO and the value of been invited to a healthy Forum. the training began on Wed. night, after a quick dinner, 2 trainer start the training.As I havn't been to the Forum Training, particpating on Moderator's training is kind of an upgrade version to me, first I thought this is to show my support to our Forum, then I realized that I am lucky enough to attend it. the tools, process and discussion itself bring me deep and rich harvest for the past 2 days. not only from the training itself, when we acting as one temperory forum with the confideciality norm and protocal, I managed to know some YPOer in an in-depth angle. it's not easy for people of 8 to sit together for a day or 2, especially people holding the CEO crown; I like what David described: CEO should entitle to managed their time, a " Can Say So " attitude to make decesions - an action decision, I love what he saying and from the 2 days training, he participated as an obsevrver, but he invovled in the discussion the same level as other trainee, I am very impressed in his thoughts / ideas and insights.
Met with J. after the training, learned that the company is lacking of money, it caused by the inefficient in closing deals or developing business, this is the first time I feel anxiety about money, and the strong ambition to get thing done. I calm down a little bit and advise him, this is his company, his dream and he must master all the operation in professional way and he must develop some potential which he never discovered before. July and Aug is critical for getting new business for them, this is a challenge for both of us.
Getting loan from bank and conducting the confirmation process last night at home, 1 millions NT is not a big number, but to deposit your house for the investment is another challenge or milestone for my family, I should follow the advise from H. Han, be very careful in everything.
After the loan confirmation procedure last night, we took kids out for ice , the Tai-Yi ice house located in the opsite side of Taiwan University is a famous one, close by our house but hard to get a parking space, the city health bureau just complete an ice house clearness check, and they reported that Tai-Yi have some deficit, like the ice contain of germs is highly than the acceptable standard, but who care, the place is crowded still and sicne the berau annouce the result yesterday, we though the condition must be improved these days, it should be much safer to enjoy it now. so, we went and we do enjoy the cool feeling.
