csr Community discussion

spend the entire morning for the discussion of our company, with celine, my partner and founding member. before we begin the talk, I draft the agenda which I though will help us go through the session.

she find one cafe for us, I shared with her the learning from her observation, such as multimational employee was on contract basis, and local / family business executive was on heritage / legacy basis, so, without showing your loyalty, there won't be chance for you to inherite connection, relationship and resource from your superior.

we finalize some major point to go through, such as how to make Foot Print analysis a consulting / tetaining service for executive, this concept devlop from the major concern for business executive, the swift from financial ayalist to his / her stakeholder analyst is a driver to approach and to be core competence for us. by utilize my connection and expertise and to maximize the analytical expertise of Celine, I am thinking to package the service to a flat fees which inlcude : Foot Print anaylsis weekly report / e-Paper for CSR related news / web-ad on our site and provide an annual seminar / training for customer, if this product able to develop, then we have a chace to identify our consulting product - a hero product.

the other segment in Product development is to well profile each product, from the postioning, pricing and channel and making 3 tools to help placing those product : company brochure, web-site and my presentaion Power Point, once the product is ready and available, we can sell it to customer, no mammer via my personal connection or by conducting cold calls.

to establish a discussion / working session every morning is a good ' working simulation ", it will help to shape the idea and polish single / bias opinion. then in the afternoon, working on the conclusion and to do's following in the morning session, Eugenia is a great administrator, she can consolidate and make it a monitoring / project base paper for every one.

Celine and I will focus on product development, commercialization of new product, tool development and first contact to potential customer. the working flow then goes to the discussion board and meeting session, to turn idea to workable process, this is how we going to adjudge to our company.

the financial issue didn't go away, I need to find the time for this, inviting Celine to join for discussion, a share responsibility and a share ownership.
