If you don't belive in what you do, there's no chance you will win; if you don't have the passion in what you do, you will never exceed your performance, if you don't have the heart to help others, then no one will feel you are doing good for them.if you don't belive, you won't be happy even you triumph in financial gains. if you don't belive.
If you don't have the faith in what you are doing, don't disclose to others, especially those who share the same fortune with you, if you don't have the gut to lead, then don't reveal your fear in front of anyone., if you don't belive, you will never win.
Jae will on board next week, the on and off bring us to an unstable situation, my worry about the csr business now facing another new challenge, taking care of new comer in a csr manner, the new burdon bringing me additional responsiblity, to think hard and to act, maybe this is a perfect driver force me facing the challeng ahead. similar to what George coach to his employee : Facing the Issue, it is challenge, Against the Issue, it will turn out to be pressur.
Thank what I have and how to sustain in another year, this is a brand new challenge to me.
