Direct shop tour for the last 2 days, accompany with COO, sales manager and product manager, we trip in central and southern Taiwan and survey more than 10 shops located from Kaoshung to Taichung, this is a side tour on top of the CHT central and southern business group official visit.

we took the airplane to KS and check 4 shops before seeing CHT south, the appointment was make one month ago, but the bureau chief didn't show up all of a sudden, this is an unpleasant feeling, as we shall be treated as major account and important customer, the treatment is very unprofessional. so I urge product manager restore the souvenir which we prepare to delivered, bureaucracy will kill this giant dinosaur, this is also a warning bell echo to me, do I miss or fail to perform important pre-arrange appointment in business and leave bad impression to our potential or current customer? be treated as second grade people / customer was not great, fair is the keyword to be successful in the business environment; but Central CHT gave us a totally new experience, the chief is so nice, dept. heads who attending this meeting is so devoted to solve the problem or question we raised, this is a efficient operation, they even invite us to visit there call center and NOC, the heart of the telecom operation center.
