Diary of a CEO

David is working on new talent agian, he play to release 4 albume this year, a big burdon for him as I over heard the financial situation he is right now, I told him to grant a few comment is he need and may help in my possible area; I don't want to bring trouble on to me, but I do belive he got talent to identify talent, but he is defenitely not the person to run the business; what keep him working and how to keep it working? I don't know, he got more guts than I am, or maybe then most of us.
