Having a 3 hours long mangers' meeting, we didn't sit in the conference room for this long for a while, this is a make up of last week, as we were out for strategic meeting, today, a lot of trivial operaion issues need to pick up; sales manager rasied up the issue of the current sales situaion, his point is all the marketing tool don't equip with a clear sales position, it's difficult for his man to drive the sales and get the deal close; we have different opinion about it, as sales tend to find more ealier way to close deal, price point is the simple way to get the result but at the same time, it hurts the bottom line the most; commercials doesn't serve single purspose of driving sales, otherwise, We don't need to build our brand name, we only need to provide the low price bloody image to all the customers. sales teams need an insturment on hand to help them conduct sales activity, we all understand, with the limited resource, We have to think how to utlize the resouce.

mid range project will present to Tokyo by COO next week, we are the only operation outside Japan under the current reporting line; the communication only remain single line for COO and the virture Head quarter, I am kind of a stranger to this new organization now, I don't mind, but the feeling of orphant wasn't pleasant, how can our performance meed the minimum quateria set by top management in Tokyo and how can our voice be heard ? to me, it is a transaction, I don't know how long it will take, but this is not healthy.
