Frorest Elementary School called to arrange the 「Parent Day」, the chief of administration phone me yesterday and told me this is a major event parent must participate -- she said " the couple ", both father and mother should join the session with the president of the school, the living teacher, study teacher and the administrator, the called it a minor-scale parent day, there will come a major-scale parent day which will involved all the parent to sit together for a party -- well I guess to assemble all the parent should be a party scale. It's almost one month for Sound to enroll in Forest, I called the teacher the other day to find out his learning status at school, is running out of the class still normal to see ? The sleepless nights bother him ? Didn't use the environment and don't empty the bowel at school ? Fighting with other student or being humiliate by others ? It seems very thing improved. Sound calling home every night begin from this Monday, I guess the home sick is approaching, thus he call his mother with cellar phone, and called her grand mother with the fix line.

Sit in the retention meeting this morning and gilding them how to use our stores as another retention vesicle and to try to built the list for the second layer of out bound call customer, in addition, the members get member's performance review did reveal a message of some ventures tried to take advantage of or reward scheme, so we decided to check who's winner in the member get member program, how many of them scuffle recommended to sign up for our service, and which program they participate in , if the top winner who introduce new member to sing up with us with the " Free months incentive program ", then we better check the churn out status in order to realize how many of the " real subscribers " were bringing by the MGM program and how may of the recommender were fluid to take advantage of the reward premium; a very interstice study.

the other issue I help to clarify is the loyalty survey or chum status survey, as the hypothesis will determine the result of the survey, 2 managers were affronts that using loyalty survey may mislead the research company to design the questionnaire, the churn subs study is to find out :
-- why they leave?
-- who they join after?
-- How to keep them ?
-- What incentive works ?
so I make it clear that we are conducting a " Customer valuation " survey to check the customer life cycles in our company and review what incentive we should bring to extend the duration.

as we make an assumption in the strategic meeting that all the survey questioners should be reviewed by manager related to the survey content, I emphasis this in the retention meeting again.

Teacher Tseng is coming back this weekend, the coincidence make the Taipei gathering a minor scale of classmate reunions, I am not expecting more than 15 people to join, as this is a last minutes invitation, I don't want to put too much offer in it. Compare with the ENVY graduation trip, we have time, we have agenda, should not be dictated to single solution, this is an unprofessional process, again, it profit my commit on mowed people " Do it quick rather than do it right " no decent decision make the simply decision worst.
