in the afternoon, I was invited to NTU for delivering a speech, an old friend of professor Chuang, this is a annualy routine to visit the school , this time, I designed a different topic , I make the " management in the area of non finaical / acdemic area " and make the first episode of my speech, I seperate it to 2 session and plan to do 4 type of management in non-managerment area: they are : Impression managment ( how to conduct an impressive self -introduciton, the skill in building personal brand ); Career Management ( finding your goal in life ), second half is : Relationship management and Adapatability management ( the change management ), the 2 and half house speech is for student in university, yes, it's kind of hard for them and as Professor Chuang explained to me earlier, this is a seeding instead of blossoming session; I enjoy prpeare topics which suit my need, the audience is OK as long as not all of them falling asleep.
Attending the year end party at the Forest School with Sound, the whole family went up to Shiji by 6:20 pm; although I am not in a great mood to attend it, due to 2 reason, why to retain family to a cold place in such an important day ? at the moment of global tragedy , should anyone celebrate party? I was wrong about number one, all the people in school they sacrifice their time and family to cheer up the kids, we - parent only appear to obserb how decently these people demostrate their unconditional love to the kids. I really moved when seeing all the tearch dressing up, showcase every famous painting with their body, preparing food and drink for us; Sound is so lucky; to fashion the theme of the party, parent have to come on stage with their kid and demonstrate as well, Sound play the rabbit and I turn myself to the carroit; we are the first family on stage, my wife and daughter is so happy about my " corporate " attitude.
midnight, short messages sending everywhere, the one David send is so wired, he mentioned something about finding a shelter and asked if I have any spare room for him to stay ? this is so bizzare as a super artist before, how come he made himself this way, I don't understand and I didn't response to the message.

home with family, 4 of us went to the Red Duck Hot pot again, we met wife's brother there and we settle the bill for both, on our way home, I found a very abnormal situation which is Fruit didn't yell at her brother at all, this is an amazing development, asked her why, the answer is she is afraind that some other sister take her brother away, as she saw senior female student at Forest school build great itimacy with Sound, she found something by herself and begin to change her paradigm, I am so happy and proud fo her.
today, first day of 2005, I didn't complete my New Year Resolution yet, but I wish the consutancy devleopment is a vital career for me and I wish the family enjoy great year as ususal.
in the afternoon after Ping Pong, met with J. at the curry house, he had a passion to establish the business for aged caring, I am favor this idea, so we met and brain storming the possiblily, what surprise me first is the company he runs encounter with a serious bad debt, it high up to 20 millions, no wonder I can see the anxiocety in his face. I challenge a lot about the aged care and we decided to discuss more , probabley once a month.
