Farewell Party

This party was designed by me, I took the chance of the company Dragon Boat Festival Gathering, and combine it with the COO farewell; as I wish to gather the enire company to this party but I don't want to purposely schedule an indivisaul party for him and allocate budget for this. so July 15 was the day we celebrate. one week before COO's last working day.

I asked my secretary to prpeare 2 gift for him, it all came from my idea. one is a plaque with the company slogan and commitment written by him, I reprint it to a very tiny T-shirt and flame it and to insert with the employee number of COO, He is the number one employee of the company, the second gift is the photo albums which I gather o every majoy event / occation he participated and to illustrate the road he lead and walked with all of us, COO can't filp the photo album at the scene as he will cry, I know.

I choose the small town to conduct such a farewell party, The brothers' restaurant located at Ching-Sun ( Golden Mountain - by translation ), it owned by my friend who we met at the army, the banquest hall can accomodate at least 1,000 people, we reserve the whole hall for the paraty, in order to make everyone drink to their end and safty home, I urge the company warefare committy to book 3 buses , bring most of the pople there and send they home , to make sure everyone's home safty, I asked each depts to assign one liaison window to call their dept. and reporting to me at the end. everyone was safe and I receive the report by 12:30 midnight.

P. and S. cried so hard, they share the ture feeling with COO and eveyone at the scene, I arranged a one man band - A, Chang to provide live Karaoke, he is so great to stir everybody up. it was a good party, and I know this is an unforgatable evening for a lot of people.

Bring the family to Madagasca - the Dream Works animation tonight, a good one , adult and kids both enjoy the story - with differenct perspective.

Bought iPod Shuffle Sport case, 1000, expensive , but the design is so attractive, accesory may generate half of it's revenue and the iPod economy is a sustainable business now, remember what I degiste before ? When the mainstream is strong, all the application survive.

T. share a very good insight during the ping pong session, he said Sony didn't really know what " Nature " it want to sale ? Device ? Software or Rights. a very good point for senior executive in Sony.
