Too many new entrant
I changed the way I did for welcoming new employee of the company, the session which I usually stated as " Welcome Talk ", initailly, I will welcome all the permenant employee to my office for a 15 minutes to 30 minutes private session one month after she or he on board, but as the company growth fast, for the last 5 months, we have recurited more than 100 new comers ( not include those who didn't survive for the frist week ), I don't have the luxury to conduct an one on one session anymore, in order to break the ice, I asked HR heard to organised a group welcoming session in 2 scheudles, yesterday afternoon, I did the first round; no sharp or offense question, they were polite to the situation, when deliver the vision and misson to them, I started to believe I am a true leader, seeing some of thme knotting head, I can sense the communication in follow in a good fashion. I put my eye on S. perticularly as I can feel she suffer a little when the conflict occured the other day in the conference room, where Me an K hold different opinion , I challenge her role and responsibilty and she was a victim to this toumoil, so I pay attention to her body language, I can feel when I distribute my energy and passion in an open mind, she loose her body a little bit, shed some smile on her face, this is what I am looking for.Continue reading Benjimin Carson's interview, the Temper control part is inspiring, if you anger, then you are controlled by someone else, this is a good advise to me, don't be irritating by anyone, in any occation, or you will lost the game.
H. Chen came preaching for the investment idea again, I never turn down his wish to see me, but I simply told him I am not in the postion to invest any thing. in the circle of Chinese relationship, I should not be the first , second or even third circle surround by the same epicenter, if he needed money so hard, then he must be in deep trouble, this may be another black hole, what I can do is to provide him some pocket money as I did before, I will support in this way, but not to invest on what I didn't know, but I am intersting in what he invented, a small vacumm mixer for small dose of liquid material, this is really impressive, can sale a lot , I mean, if I have the phamacutical channel.
Accompany wife to Forest School Parent's class last night, Chuang Yu Feng - the chief of ChaYi Culture Beurea, who used and current is a social activist , by writing lyric and for Hakka Band win him Golden Meloday Awards, we met once or twice I can't remember, but ..... during the class, he play his song and telling the story base on the song, a growth reflection to his home town MayLong and his pursue of social movement in argricultuar , eco enviroment etc. I didn't finished the entire speech, we leave by 9:15 pm and went for late supper at The Circle ( Ning-Sha night market ), around 10 pm, you see different people eating there, young and old, mordern and street driffter - we saw a lot homeless these days, how come in Wan Haw , in Circle , those old society, homeless growth? I don't really understand.
