Coffee break with an engireer , thanks for his contribution on comment and idea; he is so nervous, I knew it take great courage for him to send me mail last week, for an employee sending comment to the highest ranking officer in the company wasn't easy, to buy him a coffee is for the gratitude and to take the opportunity to exchange his suggestion to our company.

one mangers send an resign letter by mail , I received it in the morning, she is taking the maturity leave in HK, we know it may happend due to set of reason, such as, no career developing room, difficulty in communicate with her direct report, having a baby, work overseas; each one will result to a resign, I havn't expected her resignation for a while and I am preparing to face it on her returning from long leave; some people in the company didn't agree with her way of leaving, no trasition in between and may putting our company explore to a system down. I don't realy how robust our system is, but the bomb is there, the scale up of the service operaiton, the more risk when facing system problems. what we are doing now is to minimize the company risk, keep the keep perosn in her team, finding a way to list down what we are worried about, and having her back for transition in homony way.
