L and T
I was so naive about what people say in regard to the rapport working relationship; I wasnn't comprehensively understand the complicat of communiction between Japanese; on last Friday, when return to office attending the new SP approval meeting, the first time I sense L and T didn't see agree with each other in public, this is totally out of my imagination. as T is an expatrait who always reported to me that how great he can be leaded by L. and as I can understand, L do equipped with the charisma of a leader. everything when asked about how T. works, L always reply with no problem or...... YES, This is the hint or words between the line ... T. should grow or learn by doing, he have to fact the difficulity himself; but from the meeting held on last Friday, I found the answer is they hold different opinion in many subjest, it create problem of reporting and execution. Toward the end of the meeting, L. is a little bit upset and said something such as : This is a company level decision. he was mad.After the meeting, before picking up Sound, I join him to the somking area and told him the story about Bejimin Carson - how he control the temper and the inspiration to me - if you are anger to any person or subject, you are controlled by them, and if you invest your time in anger, then you are wasting time in doing what's value in life. if you walking in a room where people see you strange, then the problem is them. NYC sending anothe request for us to complete the task after the Toronto exhibition, I am a little bit mad as I take it as a challenge of work, this is the first time we dealt with governmental body, a lot to learn, or this is the normal situation happen when you wish to establish your business with governmental body, but how about the corrupting and politians who easily gain what they want and without hitting any big rock?
EMBA IB diner last night, J. told me to join NCC is not a bad development and inform me why not join the K university year ago when he recommend me? and he told me J. was there and complete the series 4 class. this is to my surprise, when J. asked me to apply, I drag J and he said this it too much flavor to DPP , it against our ideology and may impact on our business deveopment, I agree with him and drop out the idea of attending such a class, how can he went and didn't say a word to me ? I really despite friends who selectively disclosed what he think is good to me, this is kind a discrimination and this will put him in the bottom of my connection list, I should not invest too much time on friend like this, why can't he share it? I don't really understand.
A brainstorm session call by NYC, for a better Youth Tour Strategy, I don't know in what manner I can contribute, but this is one of the assignment we were supposed to deliver, I have to be there with pleasant attitude and try my best to perform as they poistion me -- Expertise for International Marketing.
Fix my body hard yesterday afternoon, the 4 hours massage almost break every masule in my boday, this is a good way to release my deep tension, I am thinking of doing great thing, seeing great thing and working toward my future without hesitation, when knowing the hiring of engireering head is a pure Japanese decision, they know how to handle this transition, I better well prepare for my own. don't be naive again.
