last night, with the blessing of doctor, father check out the hospital and me and my wife enjoy the rare moment of our own, we decided to check the restaruatn Mr. Han decided to loan and or invest, it's locate in Chu-pei, a 90 minutes drive from Taipei, it was raining and cold, we arrived at the restaurant 11 street by 5:50 pm, this is the original store, the noodle shop was established 18 years ago and now become 2 2 stories big shop with 400 seats, rice dumplin was great, but the other dishes can't really match our expectation, the business is good, by 6:20, the old restaurant have more than 20 customer, we didn't finish all the meal and then went for the new one. in the competative restaurant street in Shin-Chu, all the huge and well-decorate restaurant line up waiting for guest, 11 street, occupied one strategic corner, it's full on the first floor, the food didn't meet our standand, but we really impressed about the business, weekday in northern town.

the test and trial force me to think hard -- is it a perfect restaurant to go chain store devleopment, I really doubt, lack of hero product, can't be copies and with strong local attachement, if investment is a must for Mr. Han, it may take 3 years to devleoping to chain operation, for a single restauant operation in Shin Chu, the profit is fat enough for them, me and my wife really don't know why it need to borrow money from lorn shark and go the misery road. wrap up my report, I need to inform Mr. Han about my observation, frank , honset yet ammerture. a 40 millions loan is too much for the restaurant, the risk is high, to turn the loan to investment, the share should be majority unless management is not significant, but spending 40 millions is the beginning of the chain development, if the time frame take more than 3 year to roll out, it won't be a pay off project for Mr. Han. without emotional weight.

How can I do and what should I do?
