Inherit and contract
This is a major difference working with multinational corporation or Domestic Giant, the ralationship built in different concept, in multi-national corporation, even the global CEO were contracted employee, they follow the rule of contract, system and protocal. in local company, there's no contract bindling with you, you either heritage from the owner or to walk the thin line to make a turning point - from employee to employer; the road map for these 2 type of career are totally opsite, and sometimes, it against the training and value system you equipped before; it took me a year to learn, but I didn't get it through, until celine make it clear to me. mentioned thousand times that no man will give you his own property in writing, you have to act as you are ready for the gift, everything is blur in the local giant, no matter how large the organization is, they will never tell you the clear picture. I am so stupid, trying so many times to outline the picture, it only reveal with shadows.to heritage or to inherite someone's career is not stealing someone's property, I don't get it at the first tiem, Celine use a great metaphor to make my realized the meaning of inherit someone's business. -- It's like someone ( the owner ) driving a car, now he is too old to take the driver seat. however, the oil tank is full, he need to find somebody to be the driver, a driver who will follow the roadmap and continue to drive his car to the destination draw by him, as long as :
1. the new driver he picked won't go the wrong way and change the road map.
2. the new driver won't steal the remaining oil and sell it to someone.
3. the new driver knows when to refill the oil tank and to hand the car to another truthworthy successor, if the car dosen't broke by then.
If I agree to be the new driver, I should act as I can be trusted, never reveal my uncomfortable with my current situation, risky my family only for pursuing my dream and don't have faith in what I believe before.
Mr. Change said a few word with important message : they are too old to make decision and to learn the details, they can only consult, if we can pick up all the project, he can trravelling and take long vacation often. he also mentioned that H. Han have the problem with his leg, it will refrain him from making aggrestive decision. there's no motivation for him to go further.
tomorrow, my schedule lunch with Mr. Han, I am not sure if the answer is there, but I should be positive enough to show my confidence in everything.

Jae on board this morning, now we have 4 in a group and have a specilist in CSR reporting field, although I am not sure if the need from enterprise is there, but I will try my best to work and learn.
as told celine duing the lunch, I played for almost a year, she should be mad about me, very upset. now I should contribute as much as I can.
as wife told me, don't worry about the money for more than one hous, it will narrow my mind and shrinking my will. the negative thinking will taken all my brain and I will lose every confidence in me.
