That is a crazy party, almost half of our company Staff, get together and enjoy great food on a country yard restaurant, that's the brother restaurant located in Chinsang ( gold mountain ) which I've introduce to lot of my friend, there are 7 tables, we drunk 52 bottle of Taiwan Beer and 3 18 years old Mcclan -- Scottish single maul whisky, we stay there until 10 minutes after 10 pm, I can tell how our colleague enjoy the food and the place, for a company average age is 26, they deserve crazy night after long hours of working.

This is also a cross-department meal, you can really observe the behavior of people in different dept and how they communicate and interactive to each other, eating and drinking , no barrier, intimacy then build upon, guess what, after meal, we have to drove more than a hour back to Taipei, some of our lovely friend booked the Cashbox Karaoke bar and prepare to singing all night. this is fine, tomorrow is Saturday, as an elder executive, what I did is to make sure no one drink too much, no one cross the line, and those who drink too much , We don't allow they to drive.

If this is so called team building, I think by far we achieve some. I enjoy seeing them smile.
