1. I check the backgroud of the MOD copywirte agency Hwa-Ya through Tu at 21Centery Fox Studio; the information I obtained put our company is a risky postion, if we really want to be the broker between CHT Mod service and Hwa-Ya; I called a meeting with Jay, Arthur and Jack; explained the information I collected and suggest that the contractural development with CHT postpone for 2 weeks. we should revisit our goals and strategic for launching the streaming service; if the original purpose can't be exercised, we should drop this project and think how to deliver a proper message to both Hwa Ya and CHT. Jay have the whole story.
2. Senior executive form Reach East Asia visited, I clearly send the message of how important for So-net Taiwan to turn profit this year, and wish they to really think of helping us reduce cost in Q4 - from Jan. to March. 2005, when conducting review with Meiji, please have him to provide more imformation.
3. Visit Sony Ericsson with Michael / Paula / Bella , the quarterly performance review and wish list for improving logistic / product supply issue were immediately resloved on the meeting, meeting minutes should forwarded to you by OS Dept. when you return from Tokyo.
4. Attending Sony Digital Square renovation re-open ceremory, the media turn out wasn't impressed.
5. Tom Wang ( former Bouna Vista marketing manger ) -- new Managing Director of MTV Taiwan held a event tie-up sponsersor presentation to our office.
6. Sit in the Streaming project regular meeting and Retention bi-weekly meeting, minutes and my comments should copy to you from project owner and Marketing Dept.
7. Aita-san called and informed that Yamamoto-san is not available on Jan. 14, if we move our year end party one week later, then he can make it. I checked with ; as for scheduling next board meeting at Tokyo in Feb. 2005, Yamamoto-san have no objection.
