Yes. I almost forget to make today, this is the fifth annverserly for the new house, we moved in the house 5 years ago on Jan. 30th; we bought this second-hand house ( to my knowledge, we never buy new house before, we trade for second hand ) right after the 921 earthquake, me and my wife didn't expect to buy a house then, due to our limitation in finance, but I accidentally watched the classified ad on newspaper and call the re-house agent, then the chame came across us, We made the first down payment on Sep. 28 - one week after the earthquake and on our wedding anniverslly; the renovation and decoration took 4 months, we moved in right after the Chinese New Year. now we live happily for 5 years already.
