Diary of a CEO

I dreamt about my daugher, she was naught and hiding somewhere, then someone caught her and start to take off her shirt ... I don't know why they are doing this and I tried to rescue her, I feel pathatic about her situration and feel like cring.......
It's been a while since I can recall my dreams, the other dream come to my mind is 3 Japanese came and visit me, there were from the music company. one of them is a pretty lady, on the last day of their stay, we were having dinner together, it was raining outside, 2 gentelmen walked across the street first, I accompany the girl crossing the nitty street, I can't remember if we had an umbrella with us, but when crossing the street, she hold my hand, I instinctly grabe her hand tide, until we crossed the street, we didn't loose our hands.........
I recalled the Frech desert I bought yesterday, it called " Bordore " the same Chinese pronociation as the red wine producing area; they baked the cake ( it looks like a hard browny or Muffin ) until it's skirt turn crispy, but inside the surface, it was tender and soft, amazing Ha.....
Woke up before my phone alarm ring, I was waken by the dream, maybe the sleeping quality is good, go to bad before midnight last night, I had a 7 hours of rest on bad, the phisical clock tell me my sleep is enoug....
Sitting on VOIP survey meeting, I only meeting attended yesterday, the presentation took 40 minutes, I spend 3 minutes to make the assumption, discover the message the presentor wish to achieve : the policy is still blur, too early to make such a decision; techonology developing in the cross road, favor one or adopt one may lead to a wrong expecation; we should wait for a while; I draw the assumption to : a monthly update about the situation, attending ipox meeting to get more relevent development; checking the policy inauguraltion scheudule and keep good relationship with the potential partner.
the week before Chinese New Year, how dose you feel ? I asked mangers at the meeting table, busy but with a relax mood, this is a great combination, you are doing you job in a pleasant attitude, if everyone take the same position, our productivity shall not be limited..........
starting today, 3 year end party and one YPO event fill the night schedule, traffic will be bad, weather turn cold and wet..........
And I need to publish the Feb. CEO Chat, before Chinese New Year.
