Sword Swallower

It occured in my dream last night, I dreamt of taking over the CEO position of Ezfly, the ceremory reharsal took place in a mystic place, which I can't identify it in my dream; S. told me there's only one trick I need to learn during the ceremory, that's swallow a sword, he demostrate it in front of me and said this is no difficult at all; I hesitate to practice, but accept this weired rite; on the same of ceremory, it's my turn to appear on the stage, then I found the company become a military camp, I am join the Ezfly Camp as the Cornol, when take over the company charp and document, the assistant bringing the sword, all of a sudden, I decided not to perform this gimmick and tell all the attendacne that this is not a MUST for every new CEO in this company, I take a glace to S. he wasn't very happy, but as I am in charge now, he can only take this as his second choice.

What did this dream implied ? Do I equip with the talent in the new industry? do I have confidence in further develop this company? or Do I really enjoy the decision I made this time? I am not sure, a lot of unknow ahead of me, I need to think it over and over.

After the brain storming session on Sunday morning, C. and I go over a very important issue, if it is necessary for her to join me to Ezfly? or does she really want to join the company and take it as a trasit lounge before next move and how can I be a fair CEO when began with my new career in a brand new industry? the answer is clear, she inform the Minister about her founding new company of her own, this is the best way to leave and to obtain business from those who owe her. " Altrium " the company will set up as we planned 3 months ago, circling around, we were back to the original point and found this is the best option so far. we both feel released, the question remained is how should I disclosed my decision to Chairmna HC without huring the feeling?

Father came home late at from China. good to see him back, although we didn't talk much. but he is home, that's good enough.
