Working until late evening on 27th, the day before New Year Eve, Friday morning is a day full of exercising, Had breakfast with M. Han at Sherwood, on his returning from China, share with him my LiChun and CSR start up, as his group developing rapidly in China, LiChun need a good story and representable client in China, I need M. hungry for filling the gap; the breakfast last for almost 90 minutes. M. conducting examination instincly, I am surprise to learn that my semotenouse response stir his interest, to know me know and to know more about LiChun.
SEE and Alasan can be my pet project in China Now, M's empire in China can be an idea company to perform CSR in China, M. plan to bring me over to the desert in early March, this will be another mountain he carry me up to hill , I am full of apprecaition. the conversation develop in depth, he mentioned things such as : foreiger partner, China partner etc. LiChun should soon be a significant CSR focus company in Asia. I am really thrilled about the breakfast and M. - the person who is my sponser to YPO is so charming.
C. agreed to help me kick-off LiChun - in a brief converstaion , within 10 minutes, a 200,000 scale of client secure, he is so quick and decisive. I know who's helping.
Discussing with C. about the goal in life - it bacome vivid and become clear, by 60, Nobel Peace award should nominate me or reward me. this is the final in Lichun, as this is a very cusical decision. which means every step we move will be examined from now no, and it lead to a very wilding road, how we pick and select client to serve and topic to generate influence; we are now come up with a " Ethic Protocal " mindset and should treat it the bible in LiChun.
Opening idea / launch event with LiChun house, to invite 12 CEO in different birth sign, an idea library idea birth. it require a fund raising and a resource integration arm, I am willing to make it happen, and, according to C's comment or appraise - my best idea and contribution for last 27 days.
all the contract sent out and some of the response were positive. last night , we had the Ginger Duck Hot Pot , and we were satisfied and happy.

The Letter to C
For the term " Celine ", and the permission to leverage our friendship into the world of business, I feel great; as the work-partnership developed, I feel comfortable and content in a way of achieving multiple purpose in one space, where we can freely express everything, from work to life; from now to eternality; I knew we were blessing by a lot of know and unknown staff.
I cherish the passing days we've worked and shared and can't wait to embrace more and more air from each encountering every day; this is a luxury of work, and indeed a luxury of life.
I am happy to figure out that the meaning of Lichun do existing finally, and I am honored to be the chosen person in order to carry the mission of bringing ultimate PEACE for Chinese. There's no mask, there's no cosmetic. From the exhale you sight and the gesture your body echo, I understand the journey begin. I will not escape, but please promise me one thing, you will always stand by me, always stay.
In this world, consist of 6 billions human life. It's so difficult to find another soul to share, to communicate and to lift, YOU CAN NEVER CAGE A SOUL, so I am so happy to obtain a COPY - perhaps the only copy in the world.

It's been 2 weeks since I sell the LiChun - CRS idea to business man, there are a lot of finding, as a member of YPO, it's much easlier for me to knock on their door and somehow to paraphase a much deeper and trustful information. to read the richman's mind is a good lesson to take, and this is defenitely not everybody's honor to take on. I am lucky.
Lunch with another shareholder of Lichun, DoctorTseng, he is major in Socialogy and a consultant to President Chen, now, he will join us and postion antoher President in the CSR field. the lunch was arranged at a French Tea - light meal restaurant which I booked after Onion, his choice and his taste. Tseng share how CSR is critical now for everyone and share with us his finding in making this task work -- to follow what Paul Shu exercise in Knowlege Management field. to form a foundation and take over government research project, then use the acdemic support and endorsment to force governmental body launch a public policy in favor of what his commercial arm is doing - A Law Firm focus on doing KM, launch seminar one after one, making believe this is in great importance and at the same time. offering the solution they have.
LiChun as a company focus on CSR have a better ground to lobbying Public policy in CSR in Taiwan and can even perform as the official certificate firm to provide solutions. what a great idea -- To Create the Demand before anyone aware. this is a true business model and a winning strategy. no wonder Celine position us The Best In Asia.
Quantum Wu provide me lot of good information about what Rich people thinks - as the advocater for CSR, 2 very important keystones -- Publice Image and Public Trust. how to be the person win all the turst and read the mind of rich man, a very good learning process for me.

I am devleoping his idea and tried to integrate to the launch champaing for LiChun -- Making Lichun Community's first appearance is LiChun Study House. with the sponsor of 12 business leaders.... this is a CSR concept : Building a quality space for quality books.

Cafe' Astoria
After the conversation with D. and A. we headed for Cafe' Astoria, a warm place where all the poet and artist visited back to 60, D. and A. are good couple, they share with us the foundation they are running now and difficulity they faced now. I am honored to be treated as good friend and share the concept of LiCun - How CSR will make sure sustainablility for enterprise.
We talked for over a hour and D. show the intention of investing to our company, I am flattered yet dysfuntional, as is beyond my expectation. but I defenitely need to further study his intention.
At Astoria, I order the RUSSIAN soup, tried the first Russina restaurant in Taipei, discuss the future with C. I realize the positioning of CSR was custom made for me. how I equipped the character to put on such a heavy coat, she echoed, because I am a man of decent manner and a person who fulfill his promise always. so, in the real world, only a few gentelmen committ and perform their words.
Mr. Chiang called me on behalf of H. Han, another warm regards from my mentor, Himalaya Foundation is focus on CSR these days and have plan to launch seminar and acdemic research to set the index / standard / ranking system in Taiwan, they would like to invite me to the seminar, it save my 3 years work to make believe I am one of the qualified person to represent CSR in Taiwan, to convince NGO I am the answer, the answer to Enterprise.
To read those rich people's mind is the most interesting part for the past month, you have to read their mind before selling the CSR idea, taste for good sight ( knows what will happen next ) and pursuade CEO to assocaite with the trend is the key success factor in our business; and to be the agent for those richman to perform good things, will remove their hesitation of "How to obtain the recongtion in a good machinism ", I thinks this is a great venture now and in the near future.

My First Weekend
Saturday morning, slept late, asked my wife to take this window and enjoy swimming at Sogo. I stayed home to finsih a few company staff, and watching one DVD concert in the morning - Sharkira, I feel great to have such a laspe of leasure, in the afternoon, exercise as usual but change it to the afternoon. as I am planning to enjoy another Rock Concert - Dream Theater tour in Taiwan.
The 3 hours long concert is so great, the only thing bother me is the volume, the band and soundman trun the sound voulm up to a near-noise level, even the melody and rythem the band carried is so structure, the Big Sound really bothered me, and a few people, but this is one of the great show in recent years., DT is a very solid band, musician and singer and songs combining to a night of Heavy Metal. I really enjoy the show. brought Tom to come with me and share with him my idea about his next move and how it will impact our future mutually, The concert venum is at Shin Chuang city - a small city in Taipei County where never been before, the indoor stadium is a good on and surrended by the sports arena is a night market, it's good to find a new city outside of Taipei. I arrvied by 11:30 pm.
Sunday morning, digested how to handle the Kokoro dispute, I made my mind already and determinate to drop this company, return or resell it back to J. and it's original shareholders, as the trust base is fragile now, I am no longer interest to help the company or dream about making a fortune out of this venture. Wife was so mad about my negociation with them and really blow her away when I convey the message about it, but it will all come to an end. I should foucs on Side project and LiChun community.
Shin Kwang security come to remove the home security system, as this is a perk I obtain from the Music company since I bought this house, leaving current company make it another end of the service. the mechanic wasn't please me, he asked how we we been using their service, and why we terminated it, I am a little cautious about his question and reply with care, this is a very uncomfortable session , when you see them took out the system and remove all the censors in the house, it's like you are naked to a burglar, because they are working on exploring your secret to the public, especially when you saw them take the blue print of your house. a very strange feeling.
Going out with the family the first time in a month, Sound asked me why I can take a day off? he never thought it's a Sunday, I told him that I take a leave from the company and would like to accompany with them a whole day and to fullfill my promise - battling with him on PS2, as an old family routine, we took the Highway 3rd and riding for the North Sea, from Wanli to Ching San and Sanchi , Tamsui. the tour is a combination of eat and see, stop over at a newly open Bar / Restaurant - The Long Bar, a very nice place deco with BALI ambience, to our surprise, there are folk song singer performing live there, the Bar connected with the beach, although its cold and raining, I accompany with 2 kids to play around the beach for 15 minutes.
Bath with Sound was the last family happy hour last night, Wife took Fruit out for exercise, I spend a few house cleaning my room and take a hot bath with Sound, we developed the same habit which is to read while bath, Sound asked why I am reading " Middle East ", I explained to him that the Western World and Eastern World didn't really understand the world of Muslim, I would like to know more about the change and maybe to get a reason why Terriosm is erupting in this area. anyway, I am simply return a curiosity from Sound.
Wife went home and talk about The Thing again, I insist to express my feeling before her, she was pre-occupied with the answer and when we started to discuss, she almost breakdown, but I have to say and share my true feeling to her before her decision. no one dare to take the risk only for the reason of Become better looking. Finally, I comfort her and to smoothe her emotion. asking her to pay a visit to the temple and offering her worship before the day. this is the only thing I can do at this moment.
