Debut Fellowship Dinner gathering
It take place at a Zen restaurant located in Yangmingshen entitlted " She Yen Shen Fun " ( Eat / Breed / Mountian / House ), and this is the first fellowship gathering without alcohol, without singing Karaoke, without dancing and singing, but we can sense the itimacy and ambience didn't dilute. it tells a different story, story about you can create / design a good event without following the old rules. but, but, you really need high turn up rate, high paticipating, high motivation of bringing in take home value to every one who attend the event.
I only do 3 different things : one : find a unique venue, second : bringing one unique resource ( Singer Shiao ) third : design one take home value ( the program guide ), if I have to ad the 4th factor, will be design of interaction event in between which I did't conduct it this time.
as we know when in school, student who stay domitary will be late for class, it reflect to every moment of gethering, Professor Chung Ming Chi, who come from Tainai is the first to attend the venue, we started the program by 7:30 pm, when Shao sings, he can easily break everyone's heart, with his sentimental voice, all the attendee were carry away to different moment of truth. every event should create a VALUE in between, you can hardly produce an Once In A Life Time experience, but you can try to service at your ultimate limite and to create the satisfaction beyond imagination.

dinner last night, I learn that the acquaintance last more then a decade, amazing, isn't it, wife's workload and spirit load push her to think the other way, why can't we departed and shed this load of life away, just a breath of freedom, or the feeling of freedom will let her happy. yes I know, to live more than 20 years, too much to be carried.
Mr. Han is so happy about the coming visit of Tung Liang, he warmed me not to disturbe him almost 2 years ago, to bear his advise, I didn't told Tung Liang my whereabout until last Thursday at Charles's Hsu's YPO new members' dinner invitation; TL is a man with strong emotion, he taking action out of his busy / crazy schedule and made appointment to see Mr. Han, Han is so happy. yes, to build a solid and itimacy relationship for years is not easy.

Alice on board on the third day, she deliver and smooth some of the commmunication break down, it cause us not to make things done, her quick hand and logic training prove to be a great asset to us. but...Joe is not comfortable with her aggrestively, I knew it from the very beginning, to lead young talent, not telling them what to be done, but to share what result it may come.
