My first Tai-Chi morning
woke up at 6:20 am, prepare my first Tai-Chi practice, father has been a Tai-Chi master for decade, I never find the chance to learn Tai-Chi after him, no perticular reason, but never been a timing match. constractly, this morning, our Tai-Chin master is a young girl, according to the introduction by NDC, she won 3 champion in Tai-Chi fist, free-style and Sword.
I have have the talent for sports - action sport, so, learning Tai-Chi is quite a challenge to me, it's fun, but, fun only.
Morning session is very interesting, it is run by the members, 3 classmate deliver their specility and sharing the knowledge to everyone.
Albet talked about the 18 years' development of Vietman and his family vision, Chris share his biotech and the new trent of Gene developing, Profession Cheng send the message of Seed primitive shool, where he involved heavlity in such an alternative education system.
Buffee for lunch, I am over eating, the regular / scheudle broke up in one meal, I need to behavior better, control decently.

It's People, who combines excellency
First day at National Development Reserch Class ( this is my straight translation, there should be some more elegent naming ), I didn't expect too much, but with the day study, I graduately dive into the ambience it created, it wasn't how great the clasee design, how super the facaulty they invite, but the people they glue and mingles.
It's hard to believe that a class gathering with 40 elites across the Acadamic / Admistrative / Enterprise / NGO, for a 6 weeks training together, living together and sharing together.
Opening ceremony is conducted at the auditorum, President Chen arrived by 10 am, have the photo sessions with us before deliver his opening speech, after him, Prime Minister Chang also give his speech, in the morning, we are sitting at the auditourm.
The good part begins after lunch, that's the time for self-introduction, as the facilitator didn't control the time , nor asked anyone to be the time keeper, so, you are easily became audience of some high ranking officers. however, some of them were so interesting, so amazing and so inspiring.
it is the first time I've encouter with so many elite from goverment, acrossing department, a lot to learn and a lot to think, this is the first night, wife is nice enough to bring me my cloths for exchange, she is not happy tonight, so we took a ride to Wulai, buying some preserved food, and then she drove me back to the hotle - where I am going to stay on Thursday and Friday night for 6 weeks. what an experience.
I should starting my life all over again, at least, keep the diet and do some exercise, TaiChi tomorrow morning is the first test to me. keep it up.

today, I make appointment at the restaurant with Chi-Hung, a long time friend who's now a famouse doctor in shoulder and elbow operation, he had problem with administration and management, as head of deparatment, without proper training to be a manager, without decent experience in managing people, it's a big headache for him, we talked about this pain in the ass the first time after the Michael Roche session, the is the sequeal after the conversation, I am not solving his problem, but to share my experience with him and provide my viewpoint as professional manager before, doctor is a rare person in the world, how to manage and lead is pretty much like managing talent, I love to share it with him

I am disappointment about Tom, although the Karma things make me not too upset. but I can't help myself wondering why the bad feeling keep hitting me when conduct conversation with him these days.

Forest School graduation ceremoney took place yesterday, as an agreement with my wife, activity exploure to sun is Father's duty, in fact, I enjo attending this althernative education system's event, because, they think and act so diffierently, I can learn a great deal from it.
Been participate on gradution ceremoeny several times, so, I may analye to the model of the content:
1. High grade students will mix with graduation grade ( 5 and 6 ) to performing a musical of choice -- everyone had a role in the play and will perform it outdoor.
2. Major charactor in the graduation ceremory is those who graduate, the ceremony will open with a story of each child, a photo-slide show produce by the teacher and with her narrotive when broadcasting the slides, this is the first tear trigger, you see the grows of kid from the slides, physically and mentally and hear how the teachers describe those baby in detail.
3. Gratuates accept their graduation document with gift produced by teachers - this is a custom made photo album and hand sewed wonder bag.
4. Gradutes lean and deliver their gratitude on stage, accompany with their parent who also express their best wishes to their kids, the seond tear bomb erupt this time, not only the gradualte, most of the parent can't help burst out crying.
5. Celebration performance in sequence : those who not gratuate sing songs for graduate, graduates sing songs for everyone, gratduate parent perform for everone, and teachers performs for everyone.
6. A feast of Caffeteria prepre by the school for every attendee.
