This is a private club for those who born with sliver spoon; located at the heart of commercial zone - sometimes we call it the Wallstreet in Taipei; a perfect camonflage for private club, accorinding to one of the attendee, it make sense to place your private hideaway in the office building , when whiter-cellar off for the work, the office building is empty, any funtion you perform at the building won't create noise or suspecious, so, SunPing conference room located in an idea zone, out of our comfort zone, yet create another zone of spetacular imagination. this is richman's world and they are consturcting games only a few affordable.

To be include in the itimacy club take a while, the filtering system provided by YPO, you qulified to be the member, then you are recruited by Forum, and the terminal stage is you may doing anything with your brother together - Good or Bad. as the day is the day Chariman of YPOI's first visit since 25 years ago, new generaition of members prepared themself for showing off the Tapei experience. I was among the few selective officers to participate on...from the blur point of view to a crystal looking glass.

We had an entertaining officer - or soical officer who set the route perfectly, Villa 32 hot spring bath - first you asked your in-coming Chairman to take off his cloths and naked in front of you-- WOO. We have to dance to the same track, Villa 32 is a great hot spring day Spa, this is my first experience also. a brief meeting taken place after the Jacacci, I ate the desert tower, after hot spring, you will get dizzy and sleepy and of course, hungry.

Every attendee at the meeting have the picture of Networking Development and take the first glace of YPOI strategy , quite interesting, when looking at the Shower Curtain Matching Slide, I knew that the YPOI is not run by stupid. the theme of " Led by , not run by YPO " is a good finding for all the NGO to follow - the great guildance to be taken home.

SungPing Surprise came when we arrived at the conference room, when going up the elevator, open the door, 10 more beautiful ladys were sitting on the coach smiling at us. Hey, what's going on? we had companion to join dinner? the second experience to Chairman- you can enjoy you dinner with itimacy of local flavor. good wine, good food, good music - the private club is actually a KTV lounge -- a Kitchen for catering -- Living room and other amentity, it recalled my memories to other private club I visited - Fubon etc. drinking and dancing and eating and joking,. this is by far the distance day when I esbalished Lichun and the day I drink Shark's Fin soup in public. the party ended by 10:30 pm, Chairman now leave a strong impression about his Taipei experience. I am the only perosn taking taxi home and share my story with wife - in a Forum Confidenciality manner.

The night before, I was sitting on Nostern Road restaurant district with my old friend James, I was in Hong Kong , and Papa Razzi is the restaurant I book for 2 of us. in the very beginning, he update me the company he worked with and how the conflict occured between Chairman and President, how he survive such a terrible situation and his comment on human nature. then I share with him my learning these months in regard to CSR. I tried very hard to tell a CSR history in 20 minutes but eliminate the boring part. as I was wondering how to invite him to this great business and to develop our good intention to the world. it seems he is not very into this. the commitment of time and logistic issue of his capibility keep him distance from what I proposed. then the hearing-Aid product development in Asia dosen't in line with his goal in life, J. mentioned to me that he don't like the trading business. How Come? I serve none of my purpose the night, then he challenge my business goal, how to achive the dream in such a terrible situation? how he suggesed me to find my way back to a CEO position and contribute what my good at ? this is his straight comment. and he share with me how Westerns devoted to CSR and his observation when live in UK. 2 World Wars and 911 change the heart of Westerns. Philantrophy and Corporation Responsibilty came after this, to take the same token, in Asia or in Greater China, we don't have such a thing and how can we convince entreprinours to exercise their duty when capitalism is the only thing he see.

J. is so nice to inject confidence in me. the investment and support he committ warm my heart again. I know this is a bunble road. as H. Han mentioned : you can't only take a sip of CSR, you must dig deeper, Now I understand why Mr. Han told me repeatly that this is a tough task to accomplish. Now I know.

C. is not well, I spend a few minutes with E. and obtain her observation. this is what I must do, complimentary do what I need to do.

Learning From H. Han

Now I realized how Mr. Han can be so successful; as this is the first time I witness Mr. Han deliver his message to varies group of people, in his model and communication skill, He taught me 2 very important things: First, take care of your customer, Second, care of what they interest. he read a lot and grow with the time. as I am now in the learning process, the education I obtain help me a lot.

This is the story of the day, being talking with my wife how I reluctant to express my concern with C. and he my wife told me to honestly express with trust, I thanks for her advise. this morning, C. late, and late for 30 minutes, when she called in Starbuck and told me she had a morning conversation with Ma - her hushand, I can sense something wrong, a very gentle " Are you OK ? " bounce back with the answer of " I will soon move out of my apartment ", I am shock with the development and withdraw my apprestive way of conducting our morning meeting, Thanks God I didn't rude and ruining the partnership.

AJ came in wrong time with good mood. we talked and I brough him to see Mr. Han. the first lesson I learn from M. Han - straight to polical situation in Taiwan.

Vincent K. visit me and share with me his module of " Reading Association " and how he developed the " Sushi " method of digesting good books. the membership concept and how he conduct the group is quite impressive. I enjoy listening to his idea and welcome his attending to my CSR presentation on 7th. of April.

Lunch with S. and share a few thing in GLC, brought him to see Mr. Han and learned another lesson - when Mr. Han open the conversation in investment and share his insight about the leaving of ING Greenburge, after the session. Mr. Han asked me to stay for a while, I update what LiChun is doing now and receive his sharp and windom advise immediately, it take another 40 minutes for me to share what I am doing now, I really apprecaite his input and insight. a great value not only stay in his office and to learn from him from time to time.

Again, I am graduately understand his preaching when we met after Chinese New Year : CSR is the work which will never complete, and this is a tough job to do. I can really image what he addressed today.

Harvard Executive Program is a good way of learning, should I go now? Celine's advise about FuChung Resort is good for me. to get rid of the burdon and to fulfill my promise to Mr. Shu.

Why they don't understand

I am not sure if provoke a new idea is so difficult? as some of my friend they seems know what I am going to do, but with passive attitude in what I am doing, It's hard to make believe unless you can provide hard evidence, the proof of what you've achieved and in what concrede way the result is relevent to the standard of success.

My bathroom reading now is the book about " Starting your own business ", written by ( or to my understanding, orally done ) Li Chin Ying , the person who start the war in newspaper and magazine, what he did is to provide extream news for dairy people, no matter how is will be judged by moral or ethical challenge. Paparazzi news so to speak; but he is really a charactor to be respected, honest to himself and honest to the people he met, reading his biogrophy about how he started his businss, include deceive, cheating and performing in bad manner, this is so very real, what of his confession in the book really helps, such as " To start your own business is follow every step to ruit your plan" and " every success is s process, a process lean to another cycle of creating new things. there's no such a Result called : Success " , I enjoy reading it. I bought the book at the HK airport. Li is from HK, now run his media business, the nortorious The Next Weekly and Apple Diary.

" I grow up in IRAN " is a series of 4 cartoon book written by Saptri ( a wrong spelling ), to my surprise, it became one of my best reading in recent months, when receive the books from Sound and wife, I was told this is a homework to be discussed in this Thursday, wife is afraid of calling her name at the discussion table, so asked me to read it first, then I falling in love with this book and the author herself, how amazing a 30 somethings IRAN girl express to the western world in a profound approach, I love reading it and had an emotion to introduce it to other friend.
