New chapter of company

Money issue can really break friendship, this is an in your face situation and this is good for conducting an health check with all your so called " Lifetime relationship ", as the company is in debt now, we running of our first capital - 1 millions NT. founded by my and grant 50% of share to C. C take my advise and to increase our capital to 2 millions, this is, we have to commit our part equally by end of Feb. otherwise, we will have no money to pay the salary. a brand new experience to me.

When talking about the working capital, and who should bear the responsibility to borrow, C. is argue with me, well, not an argument, but a strong statement that who handle the company account should be responsible for working capital , even we have to borrow from anyone. this is kind of a break up point, she mentioned something like if I can't handle the feeling of insecurity, then we better shut down our operation, close the company and leave it all behind. she hate to deal with working capital again, and complaining about my reiterate in such a not healthy conversation, maybe she is right, but who to bear the burden of preparing the working capital is a great deal of burden - mentally. I know I can be more flexible than before. but I have no idea how deep I can handle it until feeling suffer. sharing it with wife on her car back, she express the same to me, and advise me not to discuss it with Celine again and again, I don't know, if we find the way to financial our company, then we may not be so panic. the least person I would for for the help is Mr. Han. he help us in great deal, there's no way to pull him in the circle of my trouble this time.

H. Han offer me at least 2 option for consulting , first is the 11 street, he is kind enough to rescue the lady again, with a 13 millions bank interest loan, the restaurant can survive, H. asked me to provide my management consultant to her with a 50,000 NT monthly fees. the other opportunity is an artist management firm which he back up for years. H. will seek another opportunity for me to take the consultancy role, the most important thing is he will also allow me to learn the financial aspect , a true heritage from him. it seems that I am in a Prentice chair now. H. asked about Stan Shih, I honestly tole him that also Stan is a perfect spokesman for CSR in Taiwan, however, he is not the GOD I will worship and grant my service free, why an icon like him will take advantage of me, in a very mean way? I don't get it, but I am getting use to it, the real world is now more close to me, and I should be robust enough to take challenge ahead.

Ta Ya closing may not be as smooth as I expected, it's been 6 months since initiative the deal, I am hoping it will turn to be bright before Chinese New Year, this is a very struggle development. CHT CSR consulting will be realized after Chinese New Year, Mr. Han had a serious talk to me and remind me not to ignore the friendship Mr. Hochen pass on to me. Celine is too smart to have a different yet brilliant interpretation, when I share her this insight from Mr. Han, Celine advise me not to be misleads as Client and Friend should have a clear line, no matter how I treat him as friend, CHT is a client in reality, if I wish to help so called " Friend ", don't expect they will treat me the same way and same weight, it help me to clear my mind.

China Trust pitch is a good experience, not exactly a cold call, but to meet a new person who listen to what we going to offer and willing to assemble her team to listen it again, before Chinese New Year. our tools / analysis / position paper are tools for communication, and to identify the need from the potential customer and to come up with a tailor-made Strategic CSR program, to help they improve whatever areas they wish to be. we learn a new skill today by present ideas and to exchange stakeholders.... everything start with a tool to communicate....

House mortgage for additional 1 millions, this is for capital increase. and we offered Eugenia a 5 % of company share with 15% discount, to appreciate her staying with us and keep faith in what we are doing now. I am happy to receive positive response from her, and a warm welcome for a new shareholder / partner in csr Community.

One week before Chinese New Year, yea a very busy week next week. keep it up and don't get rest during Chinese New Year, it's a long holiday to work on plans.
