YK decided to leave but to support me on the Fon establishment, I didn't think too much about the office politcion; the 2 weeks window and delay of operation turn Fon to a critical situation in both deal structure and operation prepartion, begin my first interview with assistant and project manager, to run a office of 6 and half of them were from Accton, this is not a easy job, maybe this is another challege to grow myself.

Pan, Pirrence, so I have a new one - Sony Ericsson M600 - 3G without camara, slim / style / and fit me perfectly, manger to replace this new one and recover the lost connect, on the night of obtaining this new phone, Stan call again, what a suprise, he mention an artist who I met before, a Classical Pianoist Ruibing Chen, he thought can be an idea spokeman for the Taiwan Brand Image, he didn't know how to process it but when reading my resume and identify my expertise in branding talent -- such as Coco and Yoyo.. he made the call, I explained to him why I didn't take the role to help Mr.Chan in the first place but how I wish to join this project and learn from him.
The following day's CSR reading study, Professor Chuang gave us great insight on our business 2.0 version, and advise us to invite Stan to our board as board member, not for the money, but for the wisdom and intangible capital he equipped in Taiwan.

Lucky to find 8 Officer culture paper cutting , this is a perfect match to the Sep. 9 NA retreat, I am so exciting, to come up with 8 Officer opening from no where, and gradutley this become a special custome made program, little by little, I serve my part.

Revitalization of CEO chat
Having dinner with Sabrian and Lawson and the Fort Restaruant - Chung SHang Hall last night, to share a few things and to encourage each other on the road ahead, the most impressive finding is that My old article " CEO chat " was a talk about amount all the So-net co-worked, and it's like a brewing wine, it getting stronger and stronge, without the information, I hardly know I did some great thing and to influence others by writing something out of my own experience, not the title or position matter, but the insight, the conect the empathy and the human nature, they asked me to revamp ( repulblish ) the site and contiure the virtual role of CEO and to share with all of them, I wish and I am willing to carry on this massage, a man of influence is what value my life, this is a life long gaol for me, I am happy there's impace on the article and I really need to carry on.
Spending too much time on helping others - friend or friend's friend. too little sleep and too minor productivity, stay up for Peter's project and with no signiicant improvement or process, I am good at coneducting meeting, but this is not a role to plan with talking with people from the culture elements. you have to committe your time and to stick with them, the cost ti too hight.
IDB's project should be prfesented by who? I am getting more and more uncomfortable to be the representaive for this subsidery approval preject, if the 80millions fund were granded to A. instead of F. why I should be the person to leverage my credit for this? and why should I doing it, will it damange the brand image and Lichun? I should carefully consider the long term impact on the project, Wife is upset, about I was used agian and to agianst the bureaaccy.

Taking Sound to Regent in teh early morning for swimming, this is the first exercise I take in 2 months, since the back pain hurt, I stop ping pong session and busy in all kind of business. the early moring swimming at Regent is a great experience, I want to take it as a routine and prepare my swimming gear in my back pack with me. it's nice to dive in the water in the open space

I was among the audience to celebrate the retirment of Itho 88, at the STB Loopongi live house, more than 500 musicians, friends gathering in a typhoon night, simply for pay their respect to a legend in Jazz musice scene.
I was so moved when Keiko Lee delicate the song to itoh, the light on him is red, in her were white, there occupied each corner on the stage, the air were freeze, no body breath but to listen and feel the great moment of tirbute; after he heart-touching song special for Itho, a lady approch the stage, presented him with flower, that's Itoh's wife, on his retirment party, on his 60th birthday,the appuses from audience begins, gratdually increase the level of sound, Itoh-san walk down the stage, toward the exit, the cameraman and spot light follow his step to the entrence. this is the end of the Summer Jazz Concert, a night no one will forget, it lasted for 3 hours and more, from 6:50 pm to 10:20 pm, I am so happy to be there, to be part of the moment of turth, to witness the greatest moment for a Music Man embrace his honor, his badge. to my good friend in Japan - Itoh-san.
Itoh-san express his apprecaiton for my attendacne on stage, this is also an unusual honor for me. we"ve been knowing each other for 18 years, and the friendship developed since he walked me home to the hotel on the night of Ozzy Osbern's concert at Tokyo Budakan - that went back to 10 years ago. we are not only eating, but sharing life, the only thing we havn't complete is conducting project together, even he won his trumphy when launching his own label under the name 88, another unique honor as music man.
T-square reunined on stage, perform the first song produced by 88 25 years ago, the band break up for 10 years, and that make the special event even shining, on stage to tribute a master who brought them to the music industry. all the top Jazz musician and talent show up at the party, on stage or as an audience. the big Jazz fesat and festival under one person's power, I had a great time and I think a lot, what other industry or what kind of business can a man collect so much fruit in life, not so many, and for single personal's retirment party, what can be done to excess the beauty of musical tribute? the answer is quite simply, only music can do; Itoh was born in Aug. 8th 1946; got married on 1988, Aug.8 in the morning of 8 o'clock. a good friend of mine ( by my defination and I hope it include his ), I am the only 2 foreiger who flew for the retirment party, Corbett - a Jazz musican , half blood American / Japanese develop career in Taiwan, flew to the pary as well.

Attending Tamsui Oxford College's alumni last night, it was so warm, much warmer than my NTU EMBA classmate gathering, I don't know why, they gave me more than I deliver, we talked and shared and the ambience is so great that no one want to leave. Weiming is a good guy, volunteering to be the coordinator and happey to serve all, I am so lucky to have friend like them.
Talking to William Shen for possible working in FON, He seems OK, I am not push so hard, but to have him thinkging about 3 things in career development : for the industy, for the company and for the people he work with; to come up with the " to do " or " what to do" growth pattern.
