I gradually sense her talent and some weakness also; breaking relationship. last minutes smart. lack of decplice, easy on quality delivery, these all contribute to a potential risk of retaining our current client, not to mention to develop more customer; I know little about the ethic issue and I didn't carefully examine the expense report; I didn't dig deep in the diary operation due to she's in control , with such a tiny operation, I don't see a chance of breaking up; but the truth is : Lichun have problem.
to establish company together is a good start, successfully sign up 2 major clients is a great achievement, but to operation in perfect or knowing how to be respected by your co-worker is something she need to learn. I am thinking hom to couch her. a very bright partner, if it can't be improved, I am afraid Lichun won't have a second chapter; reschedule my appointment tomorrow and decide to join the briefing sessin in Synyi with C. I should be the nurtual person to smooth down our operation, we can't afford to lose any customer and I can't risk to hurt my friendship with George and Hochen.

Try to check what FON is about, I like the idea of sharing excess ( it depend on ISP's attitude and pricing model actually )bandwidth to a WIFI world, but to distribute router is a very basic step. it won't generate any great outcome. the value chain for WIFI free world is up to what kind of application people develop and enjoy in the future. I tried to illustrate the picture. what come up to me is : a terminal device for free multi-meida streaming, VOIP ( voice and video )for free, community development in a instant pace ( think about the bandwidth people enjoy to not only download, but uplink their DIY content to the cyber world ), I don't exactly now how it will deploy? so, I don't have a so called " Business Plan ' in place for such a deployment in Taiwan.
The second thought is: do we build the WIFI space for philantropy? any revenue model existing? or we simply grow the user base and then sell the company to any Internet Giant player?
How to link my pet term : PSR ( personal social responsibility ) to this P2P revolution. I should give broadband user in town a good reason to join the movement, I don't see it as a social movement, because I don't have a answer why should those who benefit from his / her own WIFI at home should share with others? how to leverag NPO and NGO , and to maximize their power, to me, they are play the role of letting FON set up AP at their premises, and then, what else? any application can be developed after? this is a tough question, does FON have the answer elsewhere in the world?
My PSR strategy is to build a " action site " for donation machanism with the theme of " better man ", we invite / select / filtering issues and use our marketing firm to highlight issue need to be taken care, by using the power of people, corporate will join accordingly. the second phase of " better community " " good corporation " will then automatically establish. NGO platform and value chain integration should be a good thing, but I don't know if this is a very exhausting assignment.
C. is not happy with working for SY project. I can see how emotional she was these days, we can't affort to lose any customer ( by far we only have 2 ), and we should think hard how to service our client who's in the service industry as well. play tough or play smart won't be a good strategy now, you will only keep your customer distance and by end of this year, you won't be able to retain contract with them; I do have a doubt that whether C. doing thing without long term consideration; broke every relationship after first corporation can't service a consultant company, no matter how humble our job is, we eat what we sow, good ro bad. for the sake of growing our won company, I have to educate her to change mindset, totally, from botton of her heart.
Chat with H.Han for couple of things, leaning that Chiang is not getting along with C. who he invited to Himalay for setting p Social Enterprise Center, this commet coming from Mr. Han can be serious. I told Mr. Han I always appreciate the umbrella Himalay offer when rains outside. C. don't think that way, I don't know why.
