Soh keep sending me To Do's in a bad manner, when discuss it with my wife, we both agree that he is not a man who taking care of other feeling, or may put on someone eles's shoes with empathy; I am not going to ping pong with him and to response to every request raised, if I am only performing the bridge and connector, there's no need for me spend time in this company, I can simply asked for a higher consulting fees for connect him with other business tycoons here in Taiwan, How to be smart enough for this bad feeling? not to burst out temper and lost control is the key, wife keep saying that I will end up with a big fight with him, well, I don't think so, I should be smart enough to PLAY with him, the problem with playing around with him is to reduce my scale in the development, why should I return to a below horizen stage and teach a rude people like him? this is a negative approch to my feeling.Now, Let me try to be positive about this approach:
1. How to make my team inreplaceable before he sending heavier non-sense to me?
2. How to leverage my private / selfish connection to win over the To Do's?
3. How to redirect the anger to somewhere else withoug suffering my feeling?
4. How to create more value without demage my reputation in between?
5. How to keep me in a calm and smooth status for considering many important issues?
6. How to let him understand there won't be so easy to connect business in Taiwan without a good cause or mutually benefit result?
Be smart, Be intellegent, Be calm and no emotion will make me win the battle, but how to keep in a good ethic lattitude and be the person I respect and the role I enjoy to perform? I need a few Mask to cover up, yes, be smart. learning from the old lesssons,I have to.
