Bitten by the dog didn't really bothered me, what make me feel strange is how people react to a person who was bitten by a dog ? this laugh immediately, a instint reaction from every person who I informed, even the nurse in emergency treatment, I am not againt this reaction; but you know, if you are the victim, the reaction like this will bring you more upset.
" bad luck " was the second though coming from people you encountered with, " How come you are so .... " when you told me, the bites are more than one place, the dog bite me in 3 places, they " What " they laugh again; I am not purticularly interested in detect human nature, but as it happen to me, I am in the position to observe it closely; " Bad Luck " need to be washed away, calling home and arrange a temper worship on Sunday, simply for the heart comfort.
Last night after the dinner, sendin Dr. S, home and show him the wound dog left in my right leg, he suggest me to take a prevention injection -- the Mad Dog etc. originally I am not planning to go, as the Doctor said, when got home, asked my wife drove me to hospital -- Wen Fong , the ER in Wen Fong is very busy, one women commit suicide and under an emergency rescure, the check in desk advise us change place and imform us there only one doctor ( for trauma treatment ) on duty, this is strange, a public hospital , when meet with critical caring cases is short of doctor, we then drove to the biggest one, Natioanal Taiwan Medical Hospital, the ER treament is busy too, but it's more organized and the equipment there seems more professional, as this is the top norch hospital, we saw lots of emergency cases there, since my injection shot is a minor case, I have to wait for them to deal with those in critical caring, this is a perfect education experience for us, when seeing peopel in bad shape, you will fell unconfortable, when thinking of handling ill in positive attitude, then I realized it take a decent courage to perform it, not only by imagination, you have to be there , before it arrived, don't pretend to be braved, cause you never know.
It bites me, the dog at Forest Elementary School not only bark, they bite; when sending Sound to his first day at Forest, I was bited by the dog who they name it " Flower Circle ", a leopard spot , short hair dog who poaching me and bite me at my leg. arm, hand for more than 5 times, my pant was torn down and the wound was bruise and shed blood; I am not shocked , ever keep dog at home and a pet lover, I knew I can't retaliate or fight because when Flower Circle attacked me, other dogs gather around me and bark, if I fight back, they may all poaching me, then I will be in deep trouble; I was rescured from the danger by the students, Predident approched me and feel sorry about it, I didn't raise any temper neither yeill at anyone but asked them to watch out this dog and don't let it hurt any kid here; this is the memory I won't forget, I havn't been attacked by dog from my memory;
I have to go home and washing the wound , change my pants; this keep me forget about the first day Sound in Forest.
A long day for meetings and greeting outside, I bring intern J. with me as one of his training for last week, I can't offer more experence but to open more opportunity for him to observe. M. is the other type of person who I want J. to have closer observation, after the meeting with him and learn his idea about establishing a artist management firm, initativate a media fund and the hotle chain idea, I told J. this is how we see a young man working on his finaical game, by leverage the network / resource and speeding to the potential rich stardom; the thrid meeting is to see KK box founders, L. and C. and this 2 young enprepeuner build their dream and working on their ideas, the interactive with them is totally different from M. and I knew J. can tell the difference too. see Na. at the presence is a good surprise too, since we lost contact 3 years ago, I wondering her where about, and now she is working at KKBox.

We went to Ching-shin elementary school this morning prepare to take long leave for Sound, as this is a intermin plan to have trial study at the Forest for 2 weeks, we need to apply for the long leave, the school adminstration office didn't allow such a long leave and ask us to follow the transfer rule, then we go to his class and deliver the message to the class teacher, she told us this is not a perfect solution to tranfer Sound , we make up our mind already, the good part is she agree to extend 2 weeks leave for Sound without go to the school administrative office, all the procedure were performed before Sound, he should be smart enough to make his own decesion after 2 weeks of trial learning. her mother need to prepare the all the staff for him, as away from home wasn't easy, we have to equip ourselves as well.

Made an eearly appointment with the supervisor of Forest elementray school, I brought my wife and Sound to go with; driving on the super highway 3, exit at the interexchange Nan-Shen, follow a wilding road up, we arrvied by 8:30 am, the dogs didn't bark, it surprise the supervisor, when we have our first interview, Sound was playing at the sand pot and building castle with other student; the interviewing ( conversation basically ) is very healthy, I never dream of forest a boarding school, a novel place crowded with celebriety, the conversation confirmed it; I knew it was not a paradise, nor a hell, this is a miniture norm of society for student. since they quested all the student stay in the domitary, study / live / environment were combined into the education system.
when departure, we asked Sound if he like to stay and study here, he agreed, my wife put out a few doubt when seeing other students playing outside the classroom when the class is on, saw 3 students taking their roller blade and walking down the hill, I am fine with all the naturelly happen activity; this is a challenge for both children and parent. I am hoping the experimental try is a win-win situation.
A public listed company approaching us for a " Bundle " sale of their set top box -- a MOD concept device and service; the initatial contact was make between 2 sales team, then is escalate up to me and president of the company, he was referred by a long lost friend of mine; I arranged a courtesy meeting in the office one month ago , before the meeting, summon my people to brief me the concept and the intention we had in mind; when learning that our sales team didn't want to close the deal, I subtly deliver the message of " we may not able to " at the meeting; I thought this will be the end of the story; before I went home, the president call me and forward me a message that our sales people break the promise and didn't offer the price for bundle; when checked with sales managers, he was not aware of the development, but firmly told me he prefer not to enter any form of corporation with this company and told me this insturction have send to our account executive in charge, he is afraid that we didn't deliver a clear answer and may leave an impression that there still hope for the corporation; I tried very hard to draw the picture and told the sales manager I am in line with their decison, but our sales team must deliver a clear answert to his counter window, then we don't need to spending time on the " non value added " activity.
return to the office by 4:30 , COO forward a message about finding another employee who resigned 2 weeks ago, now join the prior marketing manager and work at the company a few stroies above us; this is weired, it seems to me, the regination of our staff is planed and the outcome didn't make us feel good, I don't mind any person leave the company, in the end, we will all leave in different stage, but to be honest with your supirior is the best way, because, you don't really who you will running into in your career ahead, once you deliver a lie, you lost the credit you hardly built and you lost a great chance for a referal like me; if this is a coincedent, the mature way is to call and inform poeple you know in the company you worked before, then the misunderstanding may not take place then. for this situation, I don't know whether this is a planed leave and re-join or this is simply an accidental encouter .
Sitting at the managers' meeting today, I caculated how many routine meeting on Monday morning, should be more than 100 times, this is a routine, the meeting time is getting shorter, form 3 more hours until now : 100 minutes, but this is routine, a chance for me to explore what's going on in this company, I check around the attendee, only me and COO didn't bring our laptop to the conference room, every managers stick to the screen in front of them and non-stop typing, maybe they all learn how to pay attention to 2 different objective at the same time, but, meeting together should be a interactive session among attendee, to share information and to provide comment if any, it is a routine now, a platform for me to know the business instead of a avenue for everyone to interactivly conduction business.

Family lunch with Dr. Cheng on Sat. his wife have been knowing my wife for a while, they spoke over the phone, but didn't see each other until Sat. Dr. Cheng is s orthodology specilized doctor, we met the first time at a " Reading society ", then keep in touch for decade, whenever I have bone / muscle problem, I will go to him or refer my friend to see him. lunch at New Hama is more convenience to me, after the ping pong session, I simple tkae a shower and walk one floor up; this Sat. Sound come to the ping pong field with me, he always want to see his father playing, but I found he was non concentrate on it but playing with his " Game boy " all the time
Dr. Cheng bring his 2 kids to the lunch, we have Sound with us, to see children relate and react to each other is quite interesting, Sound smart enough to deliver a riddle which make one kid feel embarassed, he did it on purpose, the thinking and logic he demostrated really surprise adult like us.
Sat. night, we went for 2 art films -- " After midnight " an Italina movie , a film we can see how fasinated this director addicted to movies, lights / scence / sources of classical fims combine to a film which shown to those great film lover; the story is based on a love stroy, but the story itself wasn't much exciting.

on our way to the theater, we stop by the glass shop , and I bought myself a new pair of glasses, glasse I wear have a magical power in my career, I know this is why my wife insist to buy me a new pair of glasses withoug saying why. after that, we taste the famous " Tai-Yi ice " the slice lice topped with red bean is my favorite.
