RIO MP3 Player is my new toy, I didn't know that I am satisfied with the sound quality, bought it in Japan, 1.5G can store 400 songs in the memory, We don't need any other devices; me a core fan of AV and music loves change the way I listen to music, which mean, the change is really coming.

Thanks to the telling the truth philosophy, I spend 3 hours with 2 our of talented managers and sharing something what I think " I must said ", one who I always think a great potential to grow in the company is consider leaving due to varies factor such as ; bottleneck in learning within organization, losing patient in management' dealing with efficiency problem; the other person who had a great mind to be a executive and trying to break the glass ceiling.
what I asked the later is " is it truth that you over-protect your staff cause other dept. feeling unfair ", sharing for more than 30 minutes in this topic, I finally believe she is doing the right thing; I knew the " Bias and prestigious will lead the executive making wrong decision ", so we try so hard to resume the trust, I think we did; as for how to build their career in the company take some steps, the overall organization is moving , we are currently conducting the change management survey and hiring consulting company doing necessary assessment with us, change itself is an enviable rule in every organization, the difficult part is " yes, everyone want to change the world, but no one want to change themselves "

I spend decent thought and time in preparing marketing meeting, this is to regain the confidence of marketing team and to build the intimacy among people in different dept. program design is an interesting subject, how to connect each activity and bringing the result we expect take some efforts.

Sound making trouble in school again, he fight with classmate again, I attended school day on last Sat. and found his behavior is getting worst and warning he over the weekend, but it happen within a week, his mother cried, cried so hard, she don't know how to change or teach Sound, my plan for personally guide him might not be a joke, I will check with his teacher twice a week until he graduate from primary school, if the development of his behavior doesn't change and his emotion control became a big deficit, I shall resign and accompany with him.

Acting on marketing is a heavy loading job, when conduct interview ( coffee break ) with remaining staff, I found the problems is more than I know, some of the staff consider leaving, 2 of them apply the resignation form already, why they want to go not mainly cause by the management style, frustration and lost of achievement are key factors.
I move my office to managers' seat from Monday, it shows my strong intention to work with marketing team, yes, I did it on purpose; in the open space, I can easily heard why my staff talk about and think about; first day is a little bit stranger, but when stay longer, I feel much comfortable, originally, I only want to spend half day there, now I am thinking full day working on marketing managers' table.

arranging the annual marketing meeting is something heavy as wee, the time is rush, so I have to invite speaker in swift way, 2 identified -- they are professionals, but I am not sure if they are capable to teach; what I am proud of is to inviter Professor Lee for the strategic formulation session on March 3rd, he is the teacher who I really respect during the EMBA study, he agreed to help me and start preparing his topic, I am exciting to see the result.

S. decided to take marketing mangers' role and embrace the challenge; it release me and COO a lot, one of the talent who we want to keep and grow, S's commitment to this new challenge gave me strong confidence about our new organization. this is coincident, before her OK to COO, I send her a book written by Kottler -- Marketing Management, before she made up her mind, we will help her in all areas and make sure all of us doing the right thing.

Formal Content mangers came to see me and seek my advice for her next career plan. she is the person indirectly helping me transfer to me current industry, she is the person who taught me basic internet common sense and access to the internet world, she helping the company in the start up era with all her heart; leaving company and pursuing her academic degree for 2 years in UK, now she is back to Taiwan, I owe her a favor, and willing to place her somewhere with my friend's company, during our lunch today, I know that she have found a job she's willing to try, so, I encourage her to take it first and leaning new experience in international trading and selling area.

relatives forming an animation / cartoon company is a idea from me but pushing by my wife, I can be the brain to write the main concept or article, cosine can turn it to a script and Kirk and do animation on the last touch, after this, I will put on the music -- original or cover ... well, a lot to think before action, but for this, take action first may be a good start.

wake up at 6:00 yesterday in order to catch the 10:40 plane back to Taipei, I was falling asleep from the hotel to airport, after checking in, lucky found the pork cullet restaurant, it's 8:30 in the morning, and I am eating rice with big deep fried pork; it definitely not healthy at all; well, I finished them; boarding on the plane , I begin my second phase of make-up sleep all the way to Taipei; the aircraft is an old model, although ANA joint fleet with EVA, but what EVA aircraft equip and deco is far better than ANA on the same flying route; in the business class, you don't even have personal TV screen for on demand movie service; so, I fall in a sleep again.

rush to the office for 4 marketing candidates' interview; done everything by 7:30 pm, my wife drove to pick me up at the office, we went to circle for the night market local flavors;

Saturday morning, I attend the school day to represent Sound; wife had a communication problem with Sound's teach, so I have to take this role and attend this boring school day activity; before the discussion started, the teacher approach me and told me the misconduct behavior of Sound , and told me that he fight with other classmate, this really make me upset, Sound promise us not to fighting with classmate any more, but he easily break the rule and create new trouble to him; I stayed for 2 hours and then take a taxi join primary school classmate reunite.

dinner supposed to be 4 persons, unfortunately, K's wife call to get in control again, K's have to go back and pick up his wife -- another miserable happen to him and impact on the relationship K built for past years; we are sick about this situation, so, we ate by ourselves ; how a woman can ruin a man's career -- this is exactly the story happen today.
