CHTF CEO finally find his stage, returning to comfort zone is what I see and feel from the discussion we held last night; our consulting role melting finally, I couldn't sense it earlier than Celine, 6 sense or woman's instinct? The annual consuting contract was granted by both Chairman and Foundation CEO, But not until yesterday, I fully understand we - may replace works which should be perform and credit by the foundation. and this may lead to a bad result, board of director awar of nothing Lichun did, our expertise can't be recognised in a professional checking system. it will become a Relationship Built business. it will be short and it won't create any value for our business. I don't even know Lichun's role have been questioned by direcotor of the foundation board, but it's not so late, there are room to be improved.
Special project is totally in vain. we can't feather our expertise in the arena of foundation scope - neither aboriginal nor art driven. No linkage with CHT's function and no community involvement. so. what left is so vauge. how can I create an imaginary based project to fit the function Foundation don't even captured? which means, we may end up with terminate the idea of getting special project, it may cause the shortage of income, but the saving of time and energy can be reallocate to what's more important to me and Lichun. Be Real. the bumper road in running your own business won't be stopped. The procedure is the ruslt, enjoy it or not.
H. Han's private lunchon and coaching the the valuable thing I can have in recent month. this is agian a rare honor to enjoy. I began memories and quote what he said during our lunch. without knowing the basic of Highest Goals and Belive System, I might be a very nervous person today; the 3 months developing of Lichun force me to hit rock and realize the real world, a world without imagination and a world that I untapped before. as I can only compare it with my previous experience, this is not objective enough. the worse ain't come yet, this is what I know, but to very very honest, how ugly it is? I have no idea.
Thanks for the hight goal's inspiration, I tried to adapt the methodology to improve my balance. the " Life-word " is so simply and so power, it drive you to concentrate on only one goal and one value in an entire week - it may extend if the ultimate goal come across you when you follow this highest goal living prinspal.
The nature of company evolved so rapidly, Celine take a while to let me understand a few fact:
1. I am a too expensive. founder and emoloyee dominate decent amonunt of the capital, it will force us to think how to reduce the overhead. that's my problem.

3. The capacity of our company can only accomodate such a scale of development with controllable quality, so, no more workload. which means, the amonut money we can get by far is as this scope.
4. If I initative project, they will follow my will to complete it with one condition - I better put the money where my mouth is. a good lesson too, about the Wutian project.
The learning is not expensive yet, YuPing show me the same concerned and advise me to sustain myself in the company for between 12 to 18 months, can't be less than 12 months, but can't be longer than 18 months, they both see the real world much clear than me.Now I better plan myself a bit:
1. So-net buy out is one alternative.
2. finding an income revenue to support my living ( within Himalaya's China development or otherelse
