The YPO event which chaired by me and S. was considered a top notch one among all the event held before; although the resource I generated wasn't so significant, but the friendships from thoes artist who joined were so impressed. I can see the ture response from artist who appeared and acted, especially Sky and David, without any doubt, they telling all the audience in public how them honor the friendship they built with me, it gave me a think about Clive Davis and Santana again.

Dinner at the Sherton Japanese restaurant " The Pearl Mountain " wasn't so great. The only value I can think of is to get to know a good Japanese restaurant in town. Mr. Lee didn't know what to express and I can't figured out what he want, it seems to me we are wasting our time. cited of his word : The good thing when eating Japanese food at Sushi bar is you feel easy / relax and you are free to check out anytime. so, we terminate our dinner in 1hour and 20 minutes; the pitch for consultancy will encounted with clients like him, I have to use to it and I have to accomodate client like him in the future, this is a testing water.

Home last night taking MRT, I love it, 30 dollar to Wang Fan Hospital Station, wife pick me up in 20 minutes, a great way to communicate , so I did it today when finishing my dinner with An. tonigh, this is the first dinner I had with him when he started his own music lable in China, it seems we can connected and building platform. see how it devloped.

A full day tour with Hochen / Shu Lu / AJ In Hwa Tao You, a second trip for me in one month, for Mr. Hoche also, the developing of triple win - my Snow Ball project seems working; conclusion drawed by CEO Miss Chen " Third Dept. -- think with hand , Second Dept. Return from Tokyo yesterday, when arriving at the gate, a non-stop activity occupied my entier afternoon; initatiely, I want to skip the dinner and go for the exercise only, but when calling to my wife, I can sense how she want to had the meal with me, I changed my mind in a 5 minutes break, called her again and asked her to pick me up from the Sport venue by 9:45 pm , then go for the Red-face duck hot pot together.

Checking the YPO event venue yesterday, A-space is an ideal place for such an event, the capicilty is up to 70 people, as the application attendee increase to 60 plus, we measure the table / chairs and concider to put a 15 cm high stage at the front area, it will make the whole event a professional appear. Yen did a great help; ping pong exercise on Wed. as usual make me totally revitalized, sweat up and cicrculation will never do bad for me.

This morning, take the advise from wife, I initatial an conversation with COO, explained how both me and Chairman wish him to stay, got his answer clear, he is waiting for a career, it should be finalized in 2 weeks, this is why he can't make any pormise now, but he also agree with my thought, which is no change for current organization and role play, we don't want to place any ambigilty to our employee.

Send a little box of chocolate to K. who return to work after Chinese New Year, as I don't have time to welcome her personlly, I was out for business trip in Tokyo, sending her greeting by mail was the first thing I did, bring her a box of chocolate with a card and present it to her when I return, she walked in my office, and we had a 15 minutes conversation, she want to be treated normal, however, over-caring is the ambience around. I exchaged what I observed from the artist Pan who suffer the same decease with her and tell her a 2 extreams may happen in the future.

HR review , heard the news about the HIV positive in our company, I had experience handling such a case before, so, I am not panic, I told them if they need my advise, may come to me any time.

Interview with Cheers wasn't a great one, as the topic is kind of hard to handle for me, it deals with organizational behavior, they asked me to provide insight and advices if employee encounter with his or her superior who like to create the internal competition? how to react in proper manner. I did prepare, but again, I don't think I did a good job for this one.

Attending GIO 's Music Industry revitalization meeting ( or a difficulty solution brainstorming ), the first time I met Chief Mr. Lin in person, we miss each other a couple of times. but he dosen't like what we see on TV, logic with a problem solving mind set. Chief of Youth ... was there too, a 2 and half an house chat and brain storming, well, sore of constructive, but people who were there with the traditional perspective won't gain anything. this is not a copyright protecting or promotion session, complain won't make any improvement for this.

Dinner with wife and go for the movie - Side way, a little poetic and realistic movie, very modern and with some inspiration, like one of the theme in the movie - good wine, it take time to really catch the point. anyway, we were home after midnight, it started to rain, Thanks God, we didn't take the first suggestion from A. when decided the venue for YPO event, otherwise, tomorrow will be a dissaster for us.

Second meeting with Group CFO done easily and casually, as I had the answers in me 30 minutes ago, I don't have any inquiry about my future, so the personality I posted should be grace, I thinks; his advise is the China opportunity may not come shortly, My stay with existing company for another one to two years should be more relistic, to built the direct communication platform with him is important, a good advise from the coordinator; after the scheduled meeting, I presented him the bamboo chopsticks, a craft work which I brought from Taiwan and I sense it will win his mind, a man who traveller all over the world would like to look back to ones' root; nostagia created by this will make they love the local flavor / local art even stonger. invited him for a break-even party in Taiwan, all the persons who sign on the " Annual Break-even " plaque should be presence.
I feel much relief now and wish to have a good meal then take a hot bath.

The first meeting in the afternoon is simple and clear, the uncertainly of COO put me in a much solid place, they can affort to lost both executives in the company, I am not sure this is a sacrifice or an opportunity, but Chairman make it simple and urge me resume supervison of operation beginning by April, all I know is tough and hard working ahead of me, the uncertainty of me should rest for 6 months now.

I can't be too easy about this temperory relief, as the task ahead is much critical than before and the gorwth hunt will never be easy for the company, my responsibily is greater than before, maybe another month, I should really concentrate on finding a middle of the road solution for mysel.

I told Chairman the re-loading of operation to me will lay some sensitive issue such as empolyee's feeling and overall operation consistancy, but its still early to see, I am back to the office and prepare my next meeting with CFO. who provide a vicheal to China, but Chairman's advise seems to conclude all the meetings and messages. how to balance my busy schedule is critical, when resume the operation position, I need to recruit a senior special assistant and work even smarter than ever.

Another 2 years of peace ? I doubt it. the consultancy development should go as planned.

Based on the Melodic Rock review, I bought 30 plus CD at the HMV Sibuya store, I spend almost 3 hours there , checking the rack from alphebet A to Z, the disposed attitude may cause by the uncertainty of my future , the other syndorme is the hole in the middle of my left eyebow, this is kind of nerve decease developed by stress or tension.

Dinner with 2 good friends at the best Sushi restaurant in Noopongi, I share with them my next career with current company is at the cross road now, the coincedient is whenever I had the career swift , I always had dinner at the Shushi restaurant with them, 4 years ago from Music company to the ISP, 2 years ago , the extention of my employment contract. this time, I am not sure, but surely they will provide me with the connection they have to my consulting arms in Japan. I am happy to reach out the relationship in Japan, it will enhance my convicing to potencial partners.

Today, take a walk to Omedensendo at Aoyma area, all the brandy shops were there, I didn't buy anyone of them, the PRADA shop is so mordern, one of the landmark I think, my curiosity is how they can recoup the investment from selling clothes and bags, the price must reflact the buidling they constructed.

I should recored what's been through for the EMBA Classmate touring on Saturday. 3 of us had an appointment prior to the New Year, I did all the follow up for J. he's been engaged with father's ill, I have not complain to do it on behalf of everyone.

we gathering by 8:30 am at the front gate of NTU, first stop is Hot Spring at Yung Ming Mountain, the cherry bloosom were so reflesh, the early bird get to see it before anyone; 45 minutes hot bath at Elite SPA, we follow with second activity - lunch at Brother Restaurant at Ching Shang Town, J. had a too high expecation of the cusine and didn't satisfied with what we had for lunch, I can feel his nervous and anxiety; this is the first time I can really see through his inner part, when we talking about the latest situation, whenever it pop out with celebrity I am encounted, he feel nerver and all the complimentary were so fake, I don't like it, the update in between was a normal and simply exchange of situation, why take it so serious and feel the inferior about it? P. join this discussion also. I am not sure if I should disclose that much next time, maybe not and maybe to keep distance from now now.
Traffice jam on our way to the third destination, he burst out angry, I see much clear now, we decided to cancel the trip and return to Taipei, this make me enough time to take a rest and attending my YPO dinner at Tienmu 101, knowing Diana - President of 101 at the dinner was the plus, chat with Shu Kwo Ching were great, but to smell the local painter's critisize about " Local / non local painter " surprised me, how come painting had its root of political correction? I am out of speech.

I am now sitting in front of my PC at Pacific Hotel Tokyo, taking the early flight out from Taipei, the flight were smooth, watching Robin Williams's " The Final Cut " during the fight, can't finish it while the plane landed; remeber the good line " the cutter is to trun the life to a lie ", if the memory can be retrieved that way, I don't see a saint in this world; cheking out from the immigration one minute before the Shuttle departure, how luncky I am, arrived at the Hotel by 2:30 Tokyo time. calling home and send my comfort to Sound, he broken the vase. I am only asking if the glass cut him, this is the way I should treated people. wife send her warm regard to me, asked me to take everything easy, I will.

Strolling at Yukoting - visit Big Camera and buying a few electric staff, I am too hungry when shopping around, I had to eat a subrine burge and take another Yoshimayo Beef Bowl; still in good control; return to Shinagawa Station, I always had a desire to see the whole Inner City of Shinagawa, It took me an hour to do so, there are more then 30 interesting restaruant in that new born area with classy deco and stylish cursine, a great place for hideaway; buying Chocolate for friends, tomorrow is the St. Valentines' day, all the shopping arcade full of chocolate and flowers, this is another commerce created buying seasons.

I am planning a " Side Project " company during the flight and on the shuttle bus, quite an interesting idea from my brain, I love it and I am planning to raise 30 millions NT fund, although I knew it won't cost that much to fullfil this entity. a service without no product won't cost you too much cash, but how to value the brain power / the experience and the credit ? I may take it as an experimental and to check how people weight me.
