Day before Chinese New Year
It's been a very busy week, rarely seen in my last decade working experience, I am not complaining, but to digest the change in my life, talking about change, an interesting naming idea trigger by Celine's friend - Wang Shin. 1. Taya drop the idea of having R2R engage in the Vietnam development, we leave only Taiwan project for further discussion with them - don't know it we will survive from this change, until sigh-off of the contract, everything in the air.
2. Synyi restate visit me and greet lighted the renew of retainer contract for another year, a great news before Chinese New Year.
3. Helen arranged second visit to China Life Insurance and to call up Marketing team ( rich budget unit ) sit our our presentation and proposal session. the turn out is we have the third time to meet them
4. Bengo's lunch send me the message of assign us for the " Water and House waste renewal energy " Promotion campaign.
5. complete the 4th consulting service for CHTF, overall result is good.
Mr. Han provide me 2 company for management consulting - 11 street ( he lent them another 13 millions ) and sure win entertainment ( a talent management company Mr Han grant his financial support for years ), my job for these additional duty is to:
1. make sure they have the capability to pay back the loan.
2. change the body of the operation and
3. create a room for health investment.
I know it's tough, but to follow Mr. Han's will and to practice my management consultation skill, I am willing to take this challenge.
Wife is busy in preparing the New Year Eve dinner, we skip it last year, which make her so relief, but can't escape every year, she wish to go south after New Year Eve, I managed to get one room in Touliu -- so, we will have a short holiday from coming Sunday, and I am planning to visit White Horse Temple in Linnai - it kept in my mind for so many months.
Tom is not doing well, Hochen inform me about his decision to move Tom from the head of Digital Content Division, and to transfer him to a non-leader role in CHT. Tom didn't disclose this information to me these days, I will not ask , tonight, even having dinner together with Jean, he didn't reveal his next assignment in CHT.
Dinner at Gourmet Cello last night with Mr. Wei and Chuang, Wei is in mixing gesture, he sold his company and response for nothing now, no pressure yet with a little lit of lost. I don't know, he expressed something like this is his most tremble year in life. we have good music, good conversation and good food. Chuang's PAM is in a rapid development according to his statement last night, I will try to acquire sector from his business , to inject on our growth.
The reconciliation lunch with Jerry Gin yesterday, he told me how busy he was last year , I am very relax, so I gradually unloaded his tension, the last greeting after lunch was send his regard to my wife - who make the decision to stop paying Kororo and close the operation, he paid back all the debt for last 12 months, yesterday, to recognise his keep promise, we have the first conversation since 13 months ago.
Fruit become more intimacy with family member, for the week, her only 14 days of winter holidays, she enjoy doing house staff with her mother, initiative conversation with us and happier then before, we feel satisfied.
Celine pay her shareholders due and deliver her 500,000 NT. check, Eugenia buy her 5% share of our company, now we are all family / business partners.
Stay up very late on Tuesday night for preparing Sure Win Evaluation report, I knew the professional result will bring new aspect to Mr. Han, this is my commitment, to deliver best quality of my expertise with efficiency.

The government assign / bid project will not go as smooth as they said, I can tell, some basic Principal must keep, this not something I can give-in.
