Routine developing
Routine developed take 21 days, but break it in one day, this is my confession for the last 2 weeks. I abondon my loving blog and trun myself in wife's warm arm, I am in love again, with my wife, it never been so beautiful and it never encouter to have such an itimacy with wife for continue 2 weeks, a great experience and a great develoment for my, as a human and as a husbond, this is also a growth and learning from Lichun, without the company and its goal , I will never consider a " High morale, High ethical " indivisual in my life. I apprecaite the CSR mindset witch drive me to a better person, as I mentioned to revised company theme, from" Helping those who help others " to " Better Community ", better and better is improving, the important factor is to detect yourself from where you are, knowing your are growing in some area. the insighe is profound and lasting.Thinks, think hard is another treasure I obtained these few month, from Celine's interactive and something stiff challenge, I understand the meaning of Thinking, and understand not to come up with some therory or imagazation without well thought. I value the way I trained myself and begin to think why kid in Taiwan lack of creativity or short of new idea, this all contribute to our " No Need To Think " education system, teachers afraid of provide open question, since there's no standand answer to it, it may lead the student to a broader mind and can't fit the score-grade-degree driven value of education system in Taiwan, this is the key problem in Taiwan and it will ultimately lead our competitivness to a less and less situation.
Cross-generation teaching or raising in family, gap in business value couching in work place are 2 more serious problem then droping of the comsuption power in Taiwan, it all attribute to the middle-class, high income , 40 something elites are now working their life in China, this is the true problem for this society, and there's no way to deal with it ans current admistration don't have a longer view to this worsten situration, what can we do? send some article, I don't think it works, I can only be worried and worried.
Having a great birthday dinner with Fruit, the first time our family having an offical western meal together, I love this itimacy, this is not about the score she earn, but the focus of family -- We will taking care of you always, a shelter she can count on on any situration, I love it.
Alashan , desert, camel and Chinesee entreprimour is a great experiense in early March, GLC in Cape Town is another great learning also. a lot to share and too little time to share, this is due to my lazy in screez time for blog, a reconceill to my memory and learning, the Persoanl Knowledge Building structure.
Good to have an office at FuSheng North Road. 15 minutes from Home taking the MRT, good restaurant and elegent office, Thanks for my mentor again.
