My version in Macau
Woke up this morning by 7:30 am, as I slept by my bio-clock, so the early morning wake up didn't bother me, as I am not sure if the sheudle tour this aftenoon will take place or not, I decided to go my own.
Wynn is a luxury casion, if I stayed without seeing it, it will be all in vain, so before moving outdoor, I sneak in the casino for about 10 mintes, playing nothing but to conduct some personal observation, obiviously, gamlber's look pretty much the same, holding their cards tightly and gaze at the dealer, I am not interesting in knowing how to play, so this is a show up to enrich some experience.
taking taxi to the Fountain area - this is where the Macau tour normally begin, I didn't go with the route map , neither asked for help, the road sign and building lead me to places I want to be. check on local breakfast restaurant and order a pork rib sandwitch to go, then along the brick / stone road, I finished the delicious Chinese hangburg, stop by Starbucks and having my morning Latte, reading the great book " What got you here won't get you there" a very inspring book, I enjoy reading it. as most of the shops didn't open until 10 am, I stayas at Starbucks until 9:45 am, then move on to my personal explore to Macau, the Portugal archeture full the samll isles, shops renovate to place for doing business without suffering the historical buliding, it recalls me of the recent re-polished San Shia old street.
On the way to Da San Ba - one of the world heritage and shopping the almond cookies. I first taste it in Taipei and consider this is a great sourvier to bring home with, milk-peanut nugget is another loacal delicacy I bought, this is quite heavy enough. on my way back to hotel, I take a look as the cathidral and taking photos with. my last stop before jumping on the taxi is at Watsons - where I purchase distill water at 4 HKD each, comparing what's been prepared at hotel room - 40 HKD, this is really a gap.
Mark H. called from Beijing, asked if I may be in Beijing for Alasan meeting on 31th, another imporvment, step by step, according to what Marshall Goldsmith wrote : Success is not a Must, but a Choose, so luck do considered.. I am expecting to have csr Community an opening in China.

the island will soon be next Vegas, and it's revenue might increase 10 folds than Vegas, the reason? it lay next to the sleeping giant-- no, I am sorry, next to an awaken giant - China and the getting powerful consumers.
Macau developed originally from Casino - a restricted license for gambling, now, as it open license to foreigen investor, it soon become the second version of Vegas, those high roller from Asia don't need to fly over the Pacific, they can enjoy much more time in winning or losing.. after the development of Casino, entertainment scene will soon be changed from Adult only to Family entertainment, then you will see a new era of Show biz in Asia.
we stay at Wynn, from the version of Vegan, landing at Macau airport, on our way to Wynn, we see Venizians first, exactly the same copy of the legendary Venisian in Vegas. they say it will open in Aug. of course, from the Casion.. Chinese people like to gamble, since they are getting richer and richer, you can see how it will boom.
Tasting sharks fin soup twice, this is not so ethical, as I am away from the high-level living for a while, so, I did consume the soup. do nothing but witness the growing adult entertainment side of Macau.. you can only enjoy limit time in your life if you focusing in adult entertainment.
I don't gambling, so, casion means little to me, but seeing people walking through the casions. difference races and differenc faces, gambler had his look, I don't have a word to describe it.
Passing the examination of service industry improving project today, we had additonal fund for developing service software, a great and exciting news to us, the working title for applying this project entitled " Roger's tax return project ", I wish this may ease some of the cash flow uncertainty.
Yuping do have new financial support to balacing Hwataoyao, she asked to set up meeting with us. in regard to the Inno-culture project, I am not sure if we should enter this agreement, I don't think this project will generate profit for us, initaitly, this is for solving Yuping's family problem, if there's no financial sponsor, I don't know if we need to complicate our position now.
Lalu try run finished. the lesson is why YPOI insist to sign up with DMC ( destination management company ), it can reduce their liability, cover the risk and have a non YPO body to work on requirement, we've too much ypoer involoved, it leave Roddy no room to extend his professional service. a situation he might not encountered before.

Making money out of casino and adult entertainment business will never be treated ethical.
Blanca and Superman
I am thrilled to learn that Blanca - secretary to S. Pan is the spouse of Superman, the younger brother of the passing producer Mr. Tsai, to my very surprise that she shared with me how their brothers respect me in my days of running the Sony Music. I didn't know that I was some models in someones' heart, I always been honest and been decency.
I should hook up with Superman someday. really.
At Lalu resort
I am right now at the Lalu resort hotel, one of the top resort hotel in Taiwan, this is my fourth stay at this hotel, this time, thanks to the YPO Viva Formosa preparation, I had the chance to enjoy the luxury of quiet and quality agian ( the quality it brings is not from hotel service, but the breath-taking scens the Lalu lake enpower ).
Roddy is theh project director - a supervising officer from Dallas who came to make sure we are doing the things right, from the morning session until now, he is working, the same attitude share from the westerners. to join the seeion for the entire day, I had the previllage to :
1. see the curator / head of National Palacy Musume.
2. had snack at Shan Shi Hall which were donate by one of the members' spouse.
3. eat at Ting tai Fang and have the owner Mr. Yang show you the kitchen.
4. visit building 101 with the greeting of president Harry Lin.
5. taking HSR to Taichung and accidentally meet Mr. Chu on the same train and met Chuang chang at the terminal station.
6. taste the great India food prepared by chef from India in Lalu hotel restaurant.
I didn't get chance to demostrate program video which I gonna do it tomorrow.
Disney is dragging me around, set appointment on and off, I am not quite sure is a company hungry for talent to work with, the superior should respect the future partner and to value very possible chance to increasing or decreaing the images. I am not very sure is efficient or somthing eles is important attitude will kill the spirit or not, just go with the flow and wait to see.
a cold call from online game company who offer a VP position to work with, very strange, am I to aggrestive to throw my resume ? or what ? kindly decline the offer for interview and found it quite weired.
H. Han didn't stop the request of saving Grace and Miss Fan, I am trying my best, the diffierence between Mr. Chiang and Mr. Han is significant to me, how to play the role or play the ball, information and direction should stop here, I should not be the messager for wrong party and to perform inappropriate role. burdon should not come down to me.
